Gaara Unrestricted
Gaara's been heavily restricted throughout Pt.2 due to the apparent "loss" of Shukaku. Gaara's loss wasn't actually a loss on his part. Take a look at this scan, which is an interview with Kishimoto:
"Once it's ingrained you can't take anything away" - Kishimoto here states that anything in which Shukaku has shown, and has in general is now, and forever will be in Gaara's position.
"Not even Sand" - Kishimoto then goes on to add that in addition to the other abilities Shukaku possessed Sand is a major (and obvious) power that Gaara will never part with.
Gaara, can utilize Shukaku's entire arsenal through his sand with the aid of Shukaku's chakra. Yes, Shukaku was completely extracted from Gaara back in Early Pt.2 however, that doesn't mean that Gaara still doesn't possess a portion of the Ichibi's chakra. Hear me out:
Gaara was born into this world a monster, through a Jutsu which his Father, the Yondaime Kazekage applied on his Wife while she was pregnant with an Unborn-Gaara. This Jutsu allowed Shukaku to possess Kurara, as well an Unborn-Gaara seeping its chakra into both the Mother, and her unborn child:
Possessed the mother -> Possessed the Child -> Chakra Bestowed upon Both -> Mother Dies, but before Death conjoins her chakra into Son -> Untouched Mixture of Her Chakra & The Ichibi's:
Hence why her "Will" or "Love" allows her to set-up an Auto-Defense for Gaara, due to the enhanced Chakra of the Ichibi. The Ichibi is said to give a person Insomnia, Karura is in the form of Chakra within Gaara's Sand, The Sand never sleeps due to Shukaku's side-effects thus, Karura's chakra can never take a break, and will always respond against Gaara's will; Auto Defense is caused via Shukaku's Insomnia side-effect affecting Karura's chakra.
Being said the techniques Gaara gains are:
I. Fūton (Wind Release)
II. Fūton: Renkūdan
III. Fūton: Sasandan
IV. Shukaku's Fūinjutsu, (Cursed Seals on Shukaku's Body)
V. Sabaku Sōtaisō Fūin
VI. Miniature Shukaku forms (V1 & V2; probably not though)
On top of all that, Sealing Sand:
Might as well add all these to Gaara's arsenal so that he won't be restricted anymore. #DatGaara
