I disagree. Gaara has shown great potential both with and without Shukaku, but I feel that he'd be far more powerful as a jinchuriki. However, I do look forward to reading your thread on the topic.

I disagree, He has a lot of low risk high reward type moves that do tons of damage without putting him in harms way, but tbb trumps anything he has to offer. He does seem to have more huge AoE types of attacks, but Kbee and Naruto far outclass him once they put bijuu cloaks on.

Yes and no.
Certainly his fighting style is versatile and he can defeat many enemies without taking a scratch on himself.
But his chakra reserves cannot compare to a jinchuriki .

We have seen only 2 perfect jinchuriki with considerable panel time, bee and naruto.
We should keep in mind these two bijjus are top 2 strongest bijju and this is why their jin. are very strong.
Yagura was also a perfect jinchuriki but still i believe gaara can beat him.
Except these two perfect jinchuriki, i don't think gaara will lose to any jinchuriki.

In fact, even bee vs gaara is debatable.

No but he has the potential to exceed a Perfect Jin but he's just a little bit behind. Most of the things he's done so far has been with shikakus help and the picture you provided only shows him popping outer path chain. Its awesome because its gaara but that picture doesn't justify how hes on perfect jin level currently.
