Hmmm current Sasuke?I think this be a though one.
There is no agreement in NB about Sasuke's current abilities.People tend to either overestimate or underestimate EMS techniques and powers.

I would guess That the 4 masks would be an instant advantage But sasuke using his shadow clones could easily distract them. Then after distracting them the real sasuke could use purely lighting based techs agaisnt Kakuzu since Kakuzu is an earth style user if he can deal with kakuzu fast enough then it should be a rather simple fight for sasuke to win.

Granted them if Kakuzu can burst through his susanoo then sasuke can use fire based techs to heat up the atmosphere instead of susanoo and then use kirin when the time is right but that would drastically decrease his chakra
