I don't overrate/underrate Kimimaro's Taijutsu-based potential, but we haven't see enough of him to actually categorize him higher than Top 4/5.

This is very wrong because itachi nor madara have a no way of hurting kimimaru but i know you said don't place them by who beats who. Also, lee said kimimaru was a master at taijutsu and this is why kimimaru was on his death bed so imagine what a healthy master would look like if he was considered a master while being terminally ill.

Can a strong elemental attack or chakra attack, go through the bones of Kimimaro?
Would Gai be able to break Kimimaro's bones? Without gates? With Gates? Which one?

Between Hebi Sasuke, and Kimimaro.. Hm, without a doubt Kimimaro due to Sasuke not having any real technique that could affect Kimimaro physically.

Hebi Sasukes databook score is a little bit better than Kimimaros anyway.

I would add 2 more over Kimmimaro's relation with Jugo.
