*I move my arms forward in a sword like position, then I close my eyes and concentrate my raiton chakra, and normal chakra into the palm of my hands.. I then use my chakra to mold my chakra to represent a horn.. Then I suppress the the chakra, and stabilize it.*

DrProof: Headshots in Halo 4.. I think so. :y .. I think that if I charged my Raiton Chakra inside of this sword it would make it easier to slice through thinks maybe even chakra itself.. (depending on the element) It would probably be what Danzo did with his Wind nature to those weapons increasing cutting ability, and range etc..

*As I take the sword, I focus my Raiton chakra into the hilt of the blade.. Once the blade is infused with my chakra I then use my chakra to exert pressure, and force to make the sword levitate in the air. I then look to your clone aimed for it's heart, in which I then make a slight hand gesture back and jut my arm forward with incredible speed.. The sword then spins rapidly slicing your clone into halves.. Your clone then disperses into a thin cloud of smook with a "Poof".*

Non-Spinning Objects are usually used to pierce an opponent, this can kill but rarely does due to it not necessarily hitting or mutilating it's opponent.. That's why spinning objects>Non spinning objects..

Spinning Objects
Spinning Objects are superior due to when spinning an object can mutilate it's target, and it's harder to stop due to gravity.. Also this is more prone to kill an enemy rather than wound them..

*I hold out my Right arm, then channel my own chakra plus Raiton chakra in order to cause an electric visual.. I then jump in the air (40meters-Is long range right? Or Mid?) As the gravity then pulls me down I slam into the ground with immense force causing the ground to rumble, and break while also causing an explosive sound which can be used to distract the enemy..*

Offensively this could be used against someone performing Taijutsu techniques or close range techniques.. This would send them flying back, or in the air.. This could also distract them in order for you to make your next attack..
Defensively
This could be used to stop offensive type Taijutsu techniques, and of course nature affinities that don't overpower the rank of this technique.. So I believe it would be able to take on C ranks and lower..
