Wind>>Lightning, Wind is Lightning's natural insulator so the shield of lightning would be deemed not affective, and ultimately vanquished.

Advantages of Lightning
Lightning>/<Water, Water being a conductor of Lightning would probably amplify the effects of the lightning shield, actually absorbing it..
Lightning>/<Fire, Technically here Fire, and Lightning wouldn't mix causing each element to repel each other, and or disperse on contact if it were the same level technique.

Lightning's strong against
Lightning>>Earth, The lightning shield would ultimately cause all Earth type attacks towards the user to become not affective
Lightning=Lightning, A lightning attack VS this technique would be absorbed increasing the potential, and blocking capabilities due to it being charged up fully, or in a simpler explanation.. More energy.

DrProof: What would probably happen would be, that you would probably be repelled back with lightning transmitting itself in your system due to contact.. While also causing major/minor damage to you. Ultimately, the attack would be blocked, and potentially I would have been caused no damage whatsoever.

*As I close my eyes again, I concentrate my Raiton chakra, and add my own will of chakra control.. I then add a bit more of Raiton Chakra to the mix inside of my body, concentrating hard, and suppressing such immense power exhausts my will, and chakra reserves.. I then at the brief moment of instability open my eyes, and let go of all suppression releasing an explosion.. This immense explosion hits your clone, making it disperse in a poof of smoke..*

DrProof: The impact.. Hm, I would honestly have to say If I was hit with this technique on impact I would either A) Fly Back, B)disintegrate(Due to lightning being able to deteriorate human like structures if hot enough) or C)Be inflicted with Major/Minor injuries while being pushes back

Also what I would feel would probably be that of many microscopic fires in my skin(body)/nervous system, maybe even be paralyzed due to my body being 70% water, and Water conducts lightning causing more severe effects..

DrProof: The sound I have really no idea at the moment (tired) , but the effect allows you to either distract your opponent, or more over cause an open route to gain some distance to prepare for their next attack or to prepare your own next attack.. Also it can be used to cause minor/major damage.

And yes, the distraction is also related to sound, where it would draw your enemy's attention. Loud sound can also hide more dangerous jutsus.

*As I've already gathered up concentrated Raiton chakra through out my body, I simply close my eyes and think of the chakra in conjunction with the Lightning Nature travel to the palms of my hands.. I then cup my hands together in order to manipulate, and make a sphere shape in the palm of my hands together.. As the ball of raiton chakra expands, I then aim it at your clone while jutting my hands, and arm forward making your clone disperse into a cloud of smoke..*

DrProof: Here's what I think..

1. The size of the ball was the size of an average soccer ball, in which increased the power of the technique due to the suppression of the chakra.

2. (Sorry I didn't go into specifics here was going to school xd) when I attacked your clone with this technique, I aimed this jutsu right in the middle of its stomach due to that being where water is mostly stored enabling a more consequential effect. (Possibly paralysis, or major damage)

3. If this were a human being, as I stated on question #2 if aimed correctly the water retention in their bodies would enable a paralyzing effect, also this technique if not aimed somewhere around the stomach would cause the opponent depending on the size to be pushed back rather quickly..

DrProof: .. Just to point this out, this looks rather location based anyhow..

*As you give me the instruction to run up the cliff, I charge my feet up with Raiton chakra while also stabilizing the chakra so that the technique wouldn't go out of whack.. I then run up the cliff, Lightning being strong against Earth, the rocks dislodge one by one then lots more follow behind falling, and traveling toward your clone.. Due to this being a location based technique (hence why we're on a cliff) your clone is destroyed by the falling debris in the ending of the cliff shattering..*

Defensively: This jutsu could be used to block your path away against a ninja or ninja's pursuing you, etc..

Offensively: This jutsu can be used offensively due to the rubble of the rocks or above surface plumbing down on his/her opponent, all while being able to push back your enemy, and cause minor/major damage infliction..
