Now first tell me what you know of Taijutsu as it relates to kicks and general leg movement. After which tell me what you know of LW--

Who am I kidding, you're no stranger to this. If anything, you should be teaching me LW z.z

But, protocols prevail, and I'll need you to perform your most favored leg based Taijutsu maneuver on a training dummy. This is to assess your motion/performance before the weights are applied.

He leaps up and forward, twisting his upper body to the right, creating to a full body spin. Opening his claws wide apart from his body for aerial balance, he tucks in his left leg inwards by bending it at the knee and performs a spinning back kick with his out stretched right leg. The kick to the chest, would surge pain throughout your body as it's blown backwards and out of balance a few meters away from Loki.

Very nice display though, as expected. Listen, now I want you to try that very same combo on a new training dummy but with these on:

(Katai Omori) Leg Weights
Type: Weapon/Supplementary
Rank: A-rank
Range: Short
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A
Description:
The Leg Weights used for Special Taijutsu Training with Added Weights are made through the application of a sealing formula to ordinary leg weights. The sealing formula is used to, through the use of chakra, increase the weight of the leg weights to the desired level. The seal can't be applied to anything other than the leg weights and its use is restricted to its original purpose. One can remove the leg weights but the sealing technique in them stays active indefinitely and can't be released. Additionally, the Leg Weights and their unique seal calibration makes them only usable by the ninja to whom they belong. They can't be sealed or stolen.

While describing to me how the added weight affects your leg based Taijutsu and general movements. Don't worry, this is your last wallie-esque request >_<

Assuming the same position, Loki approaches the new training dummy. Now feeling a bit more drag on his feet, he felt slower as he kept moving forth. Nonetheless, twisting his upper body to the right, creating to a full body spin (albeit, also slower, half speed). Opening his claws wide apart from his body for aerial balance, he tucks in his left leg inwards by bending it at the knee and performs a spinning back kick with his out stretched right leg. The kick aimed at the stomach would be much slower, but Loki takes advantage of the weight itself and uses it to strike, thus, despite the lower speed, the added weight allows him to deliver an equally strong blow. Upon landing back down, the ground would feel softer given his increase in weight, and he'd have a much harder time adjusting his balance..
