Momoshiki may be faster but i highly doubt his hits would even hurt madara. Momoshiki's wrist strike was blocked by base naruto and his best physical feat is sending base naruto flying from a kick, who wasn't even incapacitated by the blow. Madara could block a TSB staff strike from RSM naruto , so it should be obvious who the winner is.

If this is Movie one, then Madara still wins but it wont be a stomp.

Momo is no pushover in taijutsu, plus byakugan gives better taijutsu skill at the same time a weaker madara with 1 rinnegan and with no shinjuu fought the best taijutsu user, with tsb madara definately wins, without it it can go eeither way, but madz is still more durable
