We're finally getting to the action in Dressrosa, so I was thinking I'd post my official matchups list with reasons why, then you guys can chime in with your own predictions! So here we go:
Monkey D. Luffy vs Donquixote Doflamingo
Reason: This is the favored matchup of the arc. Law might have done a lot better if he hadn't just taken on both DD and Isshou at the same time. From what we've seen, he didn't really do much. He just tried to buy some time by running away, and taking some beating. But that in itself is tiring. This will be Luffy's first big fight in the NW, similar to how his first big fight in Paradise was with Crocodile, I think.
Franky vs Pica
Reason: I think Pica is lurking somewhere around the Factory, which is where Franky's team and the Dwarf Army is going. Both have very similar builds, and out of the people who are going there, Franky is the only one who can handle someone of that level.
Robin vs Lao G
Reason: We just found out that Lao G is being sent to the entrance of the Factory. This one is just a guess at this point.
Usopp vs Gladius
Reason: He's part of Pica's unit or whatever you want to call it. So far, the only thing we've seen of him is that he uses a gun, wears goggles and has badass hair. But if he turns out to be the sniper of DD's crew, then I think it's guaranteed that they will fight.
Bellamy vs Dellinger
Reason: Dellinger just admitted that he was going to kill him. To his face. So I think Bellamy will fight him for his own survival.
Edit: There has been some major plot twists to the current arc, so I'm going to redo a lot of my predictions. The ones above still stands for now. For those who haven't read chapter 730, be advised, there will be spoilers.
F***.... I have no clue how this is gonna go down now... I'm not even positive that Zoro will fight Bastille anymore. Apparently Luffy, Zoro and Kinemon are going to the palace now. So this might end up with Luffy vs DD and a reluctant Fujitora vs Zoro and Kinemon. But Bastille is here for a reason. He will fight someone. But who?
Also, Trebol is up for grabs now. The ones that I haven't removed, I still think there's a good chance they will happen. I will see if I can add a couple more.
Zoro and Kinemon vs Issho
Reason: Just because. I'm actually already pretty hyped for this fight. I don't think they can win, but it has the potential to be an epic fight. Hold him off while Luffy beats the shit out of Doflamingo.
Zoro vs Bastille
Reason: I still think Bastille will have some importance in this arc. Why reintroduce him if he's just going to be there? He's still pretty close to Zoro and Kinemon. I can see a scenario where Zoro will fight him so that Luffy and Kinemon can go after Doflamingo. Issho said that he would make his decision about Doflamingo after they've talked. They are now secluded. There are no one else around. So when Luffy and Kinemon arrives, I think he will allow them to fight Doflamingo. Kinemon will leave with Law on his shoulders, Luffy will fight DD. Then after defeating him, Issho will take the responsibility for it.
Sanji vs Tamago/Pekoms
Reason: With what just happened, I feel like we still need to see Sanji do something epic. I don't really see how they would be able to fight, though. But if that ship contains Tamago, Pekoms and fodder, then I think they stand a chance against them. If Big Mom is actually onboard, then they need to get the fuuuuuuuuck out of there. But damn... There won't even be a bounty for this part of the crew after this arc, most likely
Kinemon vs Trebol
Reason: I actually feel really confident about this one now. Kinemon still has to save his friend, Kanjuro. I think Trebol is protecting the building that he's in. It just depends on whether or not Kinemon has CoA, or if fire can burn whatever the hell Trebol is.

convinced me. Although, I do think Toy Soldier in his human form is way out of her league, he is limited by his Toy body. So it works for me.
