I had some free time,so tried to do a story sort of thing :

Kabuto: After oruchimaru sama came to know about 4th's death reaper seal,the missing link for tero tensei got fixed.We began investigation about the death god & we've finally been able to have a contract with him.Tero tensei works in this way: The user gives up his life to the death god in order to bring someone else to life.However, the control of the summoned ninja is to be given to a 3rd person,who is the only one to activate the body of the summoned.Oruchimaru sama,just before dying, used tero tensei to bring back Uchiha Madara & gave me the control.But when i activated him for the war,his spiritual energy was too high to control & he's independent now.I've further improved this technique & in exchange of my life,I'll summon the hokages trapped inside the death god & give control to Tobi.
Kabuto does hand seals & falls down lifeless.
Itachi: Sasuke ! I cannot hold this anymore,it seems its up to you guys to find a solution.I'm sure you can do it.Please....
Itachi fades away alongwith the light.
On the battlefield,
Tobi activates the 4 hokages.

Hiruzen: I cant moves my body freely.

Madara: I know those chakras...How was 'HE' revived ?....oh so HE's being controlled.
Battfield 1:
All the tailed beasts fire TBB's on Naruto,Bee,Kakashi & Guy,but they're suddenly teleported...
Guy: What happened ?
kakashi: Sensei,you?
Minato: you're entirely on a different level,kakashi !!
naruto: So you're not in his control,dad?
Minato: No,naruto.I have kyubi's yin chakra.I'm free from his control.It seems you both can access the powers of your tailed beasts.
Tobi: you've always amazed me,4th hokage.
Tobirama: that guy's the 4th hokage ? He can use s/t techniques & are much advanced...that face..Is he ...
Hiruzen: yes,sensei.
Minato: I had a mission to spy on oruchimaru & realised he had the scroll forbidden by 1st hokage.I knew that someday,I'd be revived by this technique so I sealed kyubi's yin chakra inside me,in order to set myself free when I'm revived.
Battlefield 2:
mei: Is this the end for us ?
Onoki: Lets put our last chakras into this one..
Madara's susanoo overpowers & thrashes the kages...
Gaara:I cant move...
Madara's susanoo is about to land the final blow but is countered by another susanoo.
Madara:these powers..Who are you ?
Sasuke: I'm Uchiha sasuke....Please step aside,kages.Let me ".." for what I did last summit.
Madara: so you have uchiha blood...but you're nothing against me.
Sasuke: I'm not an uchiha anymore....I have the will of fire...the same will which defeat you in the past
madara: You sure are a big-mouth.
Sasuke: taste this...my powers are even bigger.

readers can assume that either one of hashirama or hiruzen,whoever they like,will also be able to set himself free from tero tensei.
so final battles will be 1) naruto & minato vs Tobi & tailed beasts, 2)Sasuke vs madara, 3) Hiruzen vs Hashirama 4) Tobirama vs kakashi & guy
Note:
1) had done less of itachi as recent chapters are all focused on him
2) sorry for the 'breaking' conversations....you might find that some conversations wont be in continuous flow...sorry about that.
