i made this drawing after a really long time

it´s pikachu of course, nah i know it´s itachi, cloak and hand are very good, everything is VERY good, BUT that face is just weird man, well, because of the face i would give it only 7/10

I can tell its Itachi...
But the cloud on the cloak (the one closer to the head) doesn't look right/ like akatsuki cloud.
And the bottom left where the cloak is flowing...it doesn't look right to me xd, it looks as though u tried to make it look ripped?
But it's still great, probably better than what I can do :]
