I'll let you see the difference in the eyes for yourself. Don't rush it! I can't see if you're improving or not like this since you drew it kinda sloppy wich is obvious due to the weird dirty line on the chin. It is good but try drawing your own stuff or draw already existing characters in different poses. That's when you'll really see how good you are.
