Drawing manga, pencil, paper and programs

Any drawing advices?
Pro's, please help me on the way.
Like maybe some recommendable websites?
I mean pencil and paper drawing advice and possibly in addition to this, programs (to color or edit for example).

I am quite a fan of Kishi his style, but I like manga style in general.
Kinda hoping, to be directed a bit in the right direction with this thread(to not get lost ), so i can pick it up from there.

none of them use programs they all just draw it by hand

the after they probably edit it in a program so if you want to then go draw it

nice edit lol

here a guess how bout you go on google and type in how to draw manga instead of asking a bunch on ppl who dont do it

Yeah it might not have been clear enough that i mean pencil and paper as well.
Cause i mentioned drawing tips and programs (pencil is included in drawing tips ).
Sure i can just randomly search on google, but i thought it might be a good idea to ask here in addition to google.
Among people that love manga and anime, are often those who draw as well and who could maybe give me a little push in the right direction.
