I think that Drake, Luffy, and Law will try to fight Kaido, but Kaido gains the upper hand. Drake then sacrifices himself to let the other two escape.

If someone has to sacrifice himself, i see more Law doing that because of his devil fruit foreshadowing ability

Drake has nothing to do with his plan. Laws true plan was to get revenge on Doflamingo

what i think is that law didnt mean it when he said they have a chance against kaidu and he was just fooling luffy to help him destroying mingo`s factory, he even admitted it when he said to doflaming " unfortenatly my alliance with strawhat comes to it`s end here i was just using them to destroy the factory " his ultimate goal was just destroying doflamingo. best case : they destroy the factory and run away then kaidu kills mingo worst case : mingo kills them but they manage to destroy the factory then kaidu kills mingo so he was just aiming for mingo and kaidu`s thing was just to lure luffy to help him even sanji noticed it and i suspected it since the start but the proplem was why would law risk his own life to just destroy flamingo ? and the last flash back gave me the answer
i am pretty sure this wil be their conversation after they beat doflaming :
luffy : okay tra we defeated mingo lets go kick kaidu`s ass now =D
law : sorry straw hat i was just using you to destroy flamingo we cant beat kaidu U_U
luffy : is that so :| ? no prop let`s go kick his ass =D
law : are you listening we have no chance
luffy : yes i heard you let`s go kick his ass
