Beerus could be argued above Whis, using his position-given power of "Destroy". I think the Daishinkan should be 2nd too.

Whis was already confirmed by Beerus and Toriyama to be stronger than Beerus, and Beerus' "Destroy" ability probably wouldn't work on someone as strong as Whis.

Astral Zamasu is omnipresent, so I put him above Daishinkan and the other Top 5 members because you would have to destroy the entire space-time continum in order to defeat him.

Toriyama stated that Whis was more powerful, but being more powerful and being stronger are two different things. ES Naruto in base had more power than MS Kakashi, but you couldn't argue that he was stronger than Kakashi then. "Destroy" is very probably unavoidable barring Zeno and the "Top 5", as his position of Hakaishin should grant him exclusive power to deal with major threats. Even DBS' producer thought that barring only Beerus, Black was the strongest fighter around. (again of course, barring the very top)

"Astral Zamasu" is the one you're talking about. By Merged Zamasu, I mean the Zamasu fusion that still had its physical form. Astral Zamasu is second only to Zeno, and Merged Zamasu is slightly weaker than Vegito.

, are you sincerly retarded?. Beerus does also hold the power to destroy the entire universe. And Vegito?, you can't even begin to imagine. Though of course it's normal since you dont have the comprehension to do so.

Goku is unaware of beerus power, beerus is made to destroy almost anything. Beerus said himself that the only thing that was keeping him from destroying fusion zamasu is because he is forbidden from crossing time lines/time travelling.
