DragonBall switch with Naruto

For Example:
If Naruto could go super Saiyan.

If Vegeta could use Sharingan.

If Goku could use Rasengan.

If Chichi had boobs like Tsunade! xd

Way to give Vegeta and Goku underpowered attacks! Really I mean it. Normal human eyes in DBZ world can follow hyperspeed attacks. Some characters fire beams out their eyes. Spirit bomb or Genkei Dama >>>>>>>>>>> Rasengan.

NOW all that is TRUE but only as DBZ is a vastly overpowered universe.
