I don't think Gohan had a power up yet. I think he just trained his mystic form. Future trunks ascended saiyan form from rage(same as Gohan when he went ssj2) Roshi i agree. 17 is iffy. Dude was strong af and he never trained.

Gohan prior to training was weaker than first form Frieza in Ressurection of F, and now Gohan, after training for a few hours with Piccolo, is much stronger than RoF final form Frieza. He literally got thousands of times stronger by training with Piccolo for a few hours. That makes no sense at all.

Was it really a few hours? Because end of ROF he asked piccolo to re-train him. Then again during black saga. I guess he never got serious about it until Goku told him about the tournament and the world ending. Also didn't Goku say something like Gohan always been hella strong he just lost his fighting senses?

Even Gohan at his max power before he stopped training is nowhere near current Goku in terms of power. Current base Goku and Vegeta can one shot SS3 Gotenks, so Mystic Gohan shouldn't even be as strong as base Goku and Vegeta.

Yes, but he wasn't strong enough to easily one shot SS3 Gotenks like Copy Vegeta did.

Yes and that was with little to no training. I agree tho that he shouldn't be god level that fast/easily. He could be on par with Vegeta for all we know. With him fighting on par with ssb Goku
