It seems a new series of dragonball is being made and is called Dragonball Hoshi.

Akira Toriyama is to be making a new Dragon Ball series alongside mangaka Naho Ooishi, The creator of the 2008 Dragon Ball Z special "Yo! son goku and friends return". called, Dragon Ball Hoshi. Ooishi will be making a manga that continues the Z Manga past the Buu saga. It? will have a newly designed Super Saiyan 4, and even a Super Saiyan 5. Akira Toriyama will be assisting her and backing off. The events in japan (earthquake, tsunami) slowed this down now Toriyama is taking care of that. launch in 2012/2013

Now what im confused about is that people say it's fake because the animations are just advertisments for the Japanese card game, Dragonball Heroes. But yet...An episode of this Dragonball hoshi has been released already.

So could dragonball Hoshi be true or is it fake?

That episode you see there is based off of the one shot manga in which Akira had little to do with. He was basically just seeing how it came along, same thing he did when they decided to make GT.

Hoshi is a card game, but i hear that there is going to be some sort of short manga for it. Don't know why, maybe the game needs a story to follow

Either way, DB Hoshi is not a continuation of DBZ...At least to my knowledge.
