[VS] Dragon vs Shanks

1- Yonko hype is real while 'Most wanted' doesn't really translate to 'The strongest' or even close.
2- Shanks has some powerful panels under his belt, clash with WB, KOing 70% of a Yonko's crew..

I pick Shanks...

We don't know much about Dragon to be honest but they should be similar in lvl.

Hype wise Dragon got better potrayal.
-He is "World's most wanted Man".
-Leader of Revolutioneries(which are directly challenging authority in OPworld)
-Son of Garp
and there is a good chance that he has some connection wit void century, marines, Celestial dragons.

On the other hand Shanks hype is
-He is Yonko who has some territory in New world
-Stopped Kaido going to MF and ended the war.

That's the only info we got about Dragon and Shanks.
Its hard to pick one of them since we have no idea how strong they both can be or what type of df they have
