The low-mid difficulty options are kinda whack. There's no way anyone(so far) can low-mid a high tier. So with that cleared, we've literally no idea about the actual abilities and whatnot of these 2 chars. Its a battle of hype.

Portrayal wise doe, I think Dragon takes. My gut tells me Shanks could pull off a win as well, so yeah. Can't know for sure until we see more. v_v

Yes good comparison because just like with the rev army + allies will most likely overthrow the world govt we can speculate that jihadists will also overthrow the US government, solid mate

They both also have the same motives for their rebellion, it's not like one group is doing it for the good of the world and the other is just a band of crazy lunatics, and the WG is the same as the US Govt

Btw the jihadists aren't just in the ME

If you want to compare it to anything compare it to the rebels and the empire, there is no real life comparison because there is no World Govt

Why should the head rev be stronger than the fleet admiral or the strongest pirate?

Imo out of the characters we know (and know at least something about, or know something about their position) the top spot in OPV is shared between Dragon, Shanks and Sakazuki, but that doesn't mean that no. 10 couldn't push them to their limit

The OP top tiers could all push eachother to their limits

Dragon has a bigger impact on the plot than that of shanks, he can be the strongest pirate but just for a short time considering that BB will soon surpass him and maybe even kill him during the story ending his importance to the plot while dragon is the guy who one day will take the lead of the world itself, I dont see Dragon dieing but instead I see him carry the day by the end of the manga but somehow the one I see who will rival him is sakazuki so I'd say by the end of the story we will have BB,Akainu,Dragon and shanks isnt going to be there.

That reaction means nothing. The marines would have obviously heard a lot more about a criminal acting directly against them, than a Laid-back pirate who is most of the time found drunk on some remote island xD

It was never stated how many countries they have but the government considers the guy the most dangerous and most wanted man in the world, and is governments greatest enemy as of now considering how the WG has shown such great concern and many people flip when they hear dragon's name brought up, tells u how big of an organization are the revs, the "rebels" will be ruling the world EOS, if u think that these guys are just a bunch of rebels then bruh...

The final fight and the closing point of this manga will be the overthrowing of the WG, and u actually think that dragon has not much impact on the story? Well...

Black: Garp is said to have clashed with roger, And roger fought on multiple ocassions with WB. And we have seen quite a lot of feats from WB. So we can understand the tier in which prime garp falls.
But what do you know about Dragon?

I highly doubt Top Tiers actually get that much better in two years, they don't have any challenges to make them stronger... And if Top Tiers kept getting better how will Luffy ever catch up...

not because of his strength. There is no hype which puts Dragon above top tiers apart from the fact that he's the son of Garp & father of main character.His MDM title is utterly useless in VS threads.

I can tell that just by looking at your post. I was asking u to tell me the basis for that speculation of yours.

No it was stated tht shanks stopped kaido from coming not fought or even clashed .... All of the yonko r tittled that for a reason do you honestly think shanks can beat kaido that fast and coke out of this clashed unharmed....? They should all be relatively close in strength. What most likely happened was tht kaido was on his way shanks got in his way kaiido realized he cannot take on both shanks and white beard in one day.. not to mention finish shanks off in such a short amount of time (if u scaled it compared to akoji and akainu then the fight should btake 10 days or more to finish )... Kaido realizeing this prob just went home ...
No proof of this but this is logical thinking no one is stupid enough to think shanks can beat kaido in such a short amount of time and still make it in time to stop war unscathe that wouldn't make sense going bybOP logic

Also, that fighting two Yonko thing is just BS. He can just kill Shanks and go back to home without fighting WB. Shanks is also a yonko so killing him would earn him a lot but he didn't do that. Kaido isn't someone that can be reasoned with, so it doesn't make sense to think that he quit his objective and went back just because it takes time to beat Shanks. If anything he was forced to quit his objective because he knew that he'd get killed by Shanks.
