uranus is a dragon , when roger died , dragon didn't had the "tattoo" on the face , now he has , in chapter 0 we saw the "weather" saving roger , roger had an egg in his boat , the thing that did the weather was uranus , uranus attack every boat , that wasn't oro jackson ... later on , we see the same "storm thingy" being done in loguetown , the exact same stuff and this time , the "wind" transforms itself into a dragon , that is uranus. there's more stuff , but you better watch the video , i dont understand why u guys never check the video , lazy ppl xD

The wind/"storm" that dragon caused was implied to do with his ability. Which was made clear by the huge ass wind blast he did Goa Kingdom.

So I doubt it was Uranus. And I'd rather not him be Uranus.
