1. Is the game good? And worth buying?
2. Should I go ahead and get it now while I can on ps3 or wait until I can eventually get my ps4 back?

It's the same on either systems so doesn't really matter which one you get it for unless most of your friends r on ps4.

But the game is good I like it also it much better when you play with friends . I think you should get it

Level up quickly by doing parallel quest called "Ape Festival". Also try getting Freiza as a mentor so you get Supernova early on. You may need a Ultimate that hits multiple Buus at the same time.

I beat it already. Now I'm stuck on the beerus and whis test lol I'll pass it eventually though. I finally got vegito
