A last time on Dragon Ball RP...The Z-Warriors defeated Orochimaru, and "destroyed" the Edo-Tensai Broly. A year of peace has passed since their defeat. Even though Broly was "destroyed'" Orochimaru is still out there. Who knows what he's planning. Find out... now on Dragon Ball: The True Power!

　NO MEGA OP!!! (You can only be as OP as you feel a Dragon Ball character would be) (Unless a villain or high leveled transformation like a ssj4 and ssj God)

　Chaos Boom: Shen crosses his arms Palms face up. Two (usually) red ki orbs form, one in each hand. Then a beam forms from each orb and launches into each other, crossing into one powerful Beam.
　Chaos Punch/Kick/Combo: a bright (usually) red aura surrounds his arms/legs/both up to his elbow/knee/both. With this he can punch/kick/both much faster and stronger than before.

Ultimate Move:
　Normal: Giant Chaos Boom

An extremely strong Chaos Boom, it has been able to destroy whole cities

History: Ever since Shen met the Z-Fighters he has been training to become stronger. He has a hidden power that was told to him by his mentor, Fox. It's close to being unleashed, he can feel it.
Since he last met the Z-Fighters he has learned how to become a Super Saiyan and has traveled to multiple planets to help bring peace to the Universe.
After finding how big the universe truly was, he formed a group called the Universal Protectors. He recruited 3 other extremely strong warriors throughout the universe and assigned everyone to certain galaxies. He assigned himself to the West Galaxies so he could stay close to Earth and his friends.

Castiel has to come close range from an enemy, Touch him on the forehead and Channel energy into the Enemies body.
Once done, The enemy's soul is sent to hell.
Powerup: Angel Mode
Ultimate move: Angel Arts : Eradication-
Castiel has gone into Angel mode.
Thus he uses the wings he has grown and Flaps them, Causing Blasts of Light getting send towards the opponent.
In his final move, He Aims Both hands in the form of a Kamehameha, Instead of releasing a KI beam.
It releases an Beam of Mixed Light and Darkness.
Highly destructive.
History: Castiel has been there since ancient times, he is Gods Right hand.

Try not to make it higher till the end, that was the death of the old thread. In fact please keep the power down i dont want to make you make a new less strong bio. So let you're transformation be SSJ God but youre base form should be like SSJ 1 or 2

Accepted, tone down the kaioken a bit maybe make it equal to ssj 2 to start and work youre way up.

A space ship starts to enter earths atmosphere. The ship quickly descends and comes to an abrupt stop about 100 feet above ground. It then slowly lands on the ground. Shen walks out from the ship.
"Man! Its been a long time since i was here last."
