In my opinion, Godly Ki is a whole entire different level and any transformation of Vegito wouldn't reach it. Frieza had to have some kind of special Ki as well.

Fair enough. Potara fusion never said how much power they combine. Either combine their power levels by multiplication, addition, or both. Could be the former though...
