Dragon Age Inquisition GOTY help

I have the Dragon Age Inquisition GOTY edition and I want to know when should I use the DLC Code to play the expansion story? Is it after the main story?
Also can I redownload the DLC if I delete the game? Or is it a one time code only?

Play jaws of hakkon when you reach lv 20 play the descent when you reach 25 and then if course the epilogue is after you beat the game

I'd say play the Dlc's after the game but enter the code immediately (the Dlc's just show up as missions on the war table) , the game will be a lot easier with the weapons you can craft with schematics present in Black emporium
