Sorry for the late reply mate, wanted to give you some nice descriptions, instead of rushed ones ^^
Dean listens attentively to Strider, who quickly tells him what to do.
1. He then stretches his arms and legs, to make them more relaxed and limber up his body. A few short exercises, much like in sport, so the muscles don't cramp up. With his vast knowledge of the human body, Dean knows exactly what he is doing, and this would aim to help him as he continues to do what Strider asked.
2. After getting his body ready, Dean takes his Scythe, that Strider had just made for him, and grips it tightly by it's handle. He starts circulating chakra through himself, an easy process by now, but also, through the Scythe. This takes quite the concentration, and requires Dean to so multiple times, before feeling the connection. His chakra now flowed like a river through the Scythe and his body. After that, Dean focuses it to it's greatest extent, he had to put his body into a state similar to an Adrenaline rush. This too, required focus and precision. Dean pulsated his chakra through the Scythe and his body faster and faster, making his heart beat faster. As his heart beats faster, the effect could be felt. What really caused an adrenaline rush? The body would change dormant glucagon in his body, into glucose, which would serve to speed up processes and enhance the person's body. Normally called the fight or flight hormone. Dean felt the very same process. His heart pounded, he felt like he could take down anyone now. It felt like he was in the heat of battle. The urge to fight had never been so much, Dean merely smiled at the fact. He liked this feeling.
3. The third process was quite an interesting one. He had to stab himself in order to gain a greater tolerance for pain. Although Dean was already a macho type of person, the idea of stabbing yourself was odd. It had to be done, in order to proceed. He took his scythe, and held it tightly, before bring it towards himself. The rush was still there, and this made him continue with ease. He proceeded to grab onto the sharp side of the Scythe, where the blade protruded, and aimed to stab himself on non vital areas. He stabbed himself, a flesh wound, through his very own left hand. The blood flowed, and Dean had seen the blood of many enemies, rarely his own. The rush kept his heart pounding, and as the blood flowed out, he merely looked at it. The pain was there, but it was.. tolerable. This rush though. Dean continued stabbing himself, and every time, it would hurt less. His tolerance was building up, and the rush kept him conscious. Without it, he would have been in great pain, or have fainted due to blood loss. Maybe even both. After completing this, Dean looked at Strider, he was about to attack him.
4. He quickly dashes towards Dean, and swings his Scythe, coming from Dean's left (your right). With the blade incoming, Dean would grip his Scythe tightly and focus that chakra into it. He could do it now. As the blade swings from his left, coming towards him, Dean grabs onto the extended Scythe, and pulls Strider towards himself with great force, making him stumble in a way, due to the suddn change of direction and the power used. With his own Scythe in his right hand, Dean, after pulling Strider towards him, slightly crouches, and swings his Scythe to grab onto Strider's legs, and he pulls the Scythe towards himself. This would aim to knock Strider off his feet.
