Gandalf stands before his fellow Iwarian clasping his hands together forming a single seal. The sky above quickly noticeably darkens as the clouds gather. A light rain begins to fall laced with chakra.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

I raised my eyes only to see the clouds forming from a sequence of handseals done by my fellow Iwarian. Then it began to rain. Stringing the necessary handseals rather quick, I channel fire chakra in my hands, before I would connect the bottom of my palms together. Once this done, I release the fire chakra in the form of two condensed penguin shaped fireballs which swirl in circle motions. As they swirl in the same direction, perfectly maintaining the 1 meter distance, they make their way to you. The air between them is superheated, thus anything caught in it is burnded severely. If successful, the penguin shaped fireballs would burn your vital organs, resulting in your death. Afterwards, I bring my hands together and form a + shaped hand seal, creating two shadow clones, respectively standing on my left/right.

Description: After forming the dog, dragon, and bird hand seals, the user molds katon chakra and channels it into both of their hands. Once channeled into their hands, the user connects the bottom of their palms and releases the katon chakra, and by using shape manipulation, results in two extremely condensed penguin shaped balls of katon that violently swirl in circles while going forward. The balls of katon swirl in the same direction but always are a meter away from each other, leaving a meter opening in the attack, or so it would seem. The meter space in between the balls of katon is actually super heated air from the two katon balls which would severely burn someone if they were caught in the middle of it.

With the emergence of the penguin shaped fireballs Gandalf reacts by simply manipulating the rain drops above to converge forming an enormous pillar of rain water. Cylindrical shaped with a radius of 4 meters the pillar would plummet to the earth as the fireballs are launched and would be timed in such a way to intercept them while still in short-range of their initial creation. The result is that the pillar would quickly extinguish the fireballs releasing a naturally generated mist in the vicinity around while simultaneously creating a shock wave of water rushing toward Feitan in close quarters.

As the wind is released and the water is thrown back after its initial shock wave the mist noticeably distorts itself. Without hesitating and within an instant tremendously powerful heat waves emit from the ground beneath you in a 7 meter radius (using you as the epicenter). However, due to the nature of the heatwaves the wind which had just moments before been released suddenly would cause an immense explosion and erupt into a maelstrom of flames. The size of the wind increasing the potential size of the maelstrom of flames to engulf your entire being within moments.

Description: User of the technique will release katon chakra in radius of up to 7 meters around opponent heating up the ground to the points of melting (depending on the terrain that is in question) whilst emitting heat waves with a redish hue to them. Just touching the heated ground would make damage to the opponent. The heat waves would give a mirages so to say, similar to the wavy lines that could be seen whilst looking at longer distances in deserts. The katon chakra around opponent would be capable of staying there up to two turns before dispersing and thus loosing its effects. Interesting to the technique is that in the case of either opponent or user using technique based upon wind, the heatwave would burst into flames because of oxygen feeding fire.

Letting go of the wind, I direct my palm in an downwards position which would absorb the flames the moment they explode from beneath. This however was thanks to my Dark release ability which allows me absorb these kind of techniques. After absorbing the rest of the fire, I have a clear view of you.

As the flames are absorbed by I simply pull down the clouds from above causing a dome of rain clouds to form around us causing the rain drops to fly in all directions affecting your positioning, balance, and concentration. The drops fall upon you at increased speeds and from all directions - up, down, side to side, etc etc.

Description: A powerful high level jutsu that uses a great deal of chakra to pull down the storm clouds from the sky and place them around the user and enemy. The chakra that pulled down the clouds keeps them moving at high speeds so that neither the user nor enemy can escape. This jutsu in effect doubles the damage done by rain jutsu attacks and makes them more difficult to dodge. When this technique is used, the rain that comes from the clouds falls sideways, down, up, and near every direction, keeping enemies off balance.

As the clouds descend the rain converges into one point a few meters behind your neck causing a deadly spiralling spear of rain to form behind you which launches itself into your neck inflicting near instant and fatal damage.

Description: An advanced form of the Rain Spear that uses chakra to condense a large amount of rain water into one place to form spears of water in the clouds. The spears can at any time be called down to strike an opponent with only one hand-seal. Unlike its predecessor, these spears are made of constantly moving water that can actually cut an opponent. They also move in a corkscrew pattern that can be slightly manipulated. By widening or sharpening the turns, you can change where the spear will hit mid-technique. The water will stay in the form of spears for a short amount of time (2 turns). Any spears that are not used by that time it will fall uselessly as rain.

For counterattack to this annoying rain, I clap my hands very quickly and create two circular marks in each palm. Then I direct them downwards before I'd release two thin jets from them, which propel me towards you with immense speed (2.5 second speed, lol, i hate to point out this). As I get close to you, I mold my dark chakra and create a small sphere in the same fashion as rasengan, with two rings floating around it. I then thrust the negative energy sphere towards your stomach, which would lead to a severe destruction of your organs

As you launch yourself forward with your jet of flames with keen precision and timing I cause a pillar of water to converge on a single point in the dome of clouds behind and above me. Launching itself down upon you from above (coming in at like a 45 degree angle or something) it would intercept you as you propelled yourself forward striking you just before you enter short-range of my position shattering your bones and internal organs.
