Two things.

1. Is Jyuuken considered Doujutsu?
The Byakugan can see the tenketsu points, but it doesn't really do anything else. Jyuuken is only Taijutsu, helped by Byakugan, but with no special characteristics, I mean, they are just simple strikes, that have amplified damage due to the strike of the tenketsu points, therefore I don't see why they are in the Doujutsu section?

2. Susano'o with Totsuka Sword and Yatas Mirror?
I saw Susano'o isn't restricted to only Itachi and Sasuke, then I read that the one who summons it already posseses the Totsuka Sword and Yatas Mirror, how so? Sasuke activates Susano'o very often, and he doesn't own those items. I think only Itachi should be able to wield them, so far. We don't even know if he collected the items, or if they are recieved at a certain level of power.

That's all. :|

if the jyuuken wasn't in the doujutsu section and not tied to the byakugan there would be to many people wanting to learn how to use the technique

By having the byakugan, hyuuga members can use gentle fist against their targets by keeping the techniques and moves in the hyuuga clan, the clan have become famous, plus also due to the MANY chakra points in the body not many people would be able to remember them, when its easier for the Hyuuga clan to see them.
