The pattern of your assessments bleeds into the fact that any technique/ability Kaguya has shown essentially means any weaker versions of it is just as strong, as you put it, Byakugan > EMS (after saying GF > Susano'o). Which, when broken down, implies that Neji could destroy a Susano'o or that Jiraiya's Needle Senbon can do the same.

This is all discarding that the Byakugan had minimal effect to the severity of Kaguya's EGVA, and ignoring her incomparably immense chakra reserves, that played into its effectiveness.

This is amidst knowing that the Byakugan served as nothing but a supplementing tool, and wasn't the main source of power behind said technique's execution.

I wouldn't put a non-transmigrant Rinnegan over Madara's EMS. The best feats we have from Nagato are CST and CT, where Obito's are the Edo Jinchuuriki's. EMS Madara's PS is greater than both, unless of course, we are talking about overall versatility instead of raw destructive power. Also, Hagoromo's Rinnegan should be ranked 2nd as it is the only Rinnegan specifically classified as a Kekkei Mōra.
