It seems like she used the eye to see the points, not attack them.

Was it ever said Susano'O has points? And an attack like that with such a wide AOE can't hit needle-tiny points.

Gentle fist may destroy chakra but it doesn't make them invincible and it sure doesn't mean a Hyuuga is going to step up and destroy an Uchiha susanoo unless they have Kurama like chakra aka Borutos new Jougen eye.

I placed Sasuke's EMS above Madara's and 2 Tomoe Sharingan above Byakugan. I guess it's more accurate now.

Jougan + Otsutsuki seal will probably be placed higher once we know what effects the seal has over the eye.

Same applies to Kaguya. Her greater Chakra allows her Dojutsu to be used more effectively in comparison to Sasuke's.

Just as Sasuke's greater Chakra allows him to use his Dojutsu more effectively in comparison to Neji's or Hinata's

Plus the difference in their chakra reserves isn't so different. Could you say Sasuke's chakra reserves doubled Neji's...?

Regardless, the subject of your illustration is just too much to use a comparison, or make a some sort of representation of the Hyuuga clan's potential, which doesn't have nearly as much chakra reserves as a Sakura supplemented by Byakugou. It's redundant, tbh.

Her point is the tool(byakugan sharingan etc) is only as good as the user(kaguya, sasuke).

Kaguya is the best byakugan user so there's no reason to forfeit her feats.
