Doujutsu extermination

Knowing what we know now, would the extermination of all special eyes be the right choice? I find it funny that we got people with two blended natures being killed off but not Uchiha. Everyone should have united against them. How were they just a mercenary clan for feudal lords??

Or at least, that should be the new plot of Boruto.

Because special eyes are fodder outside of the three greats which dwelled in Konoha who did not kill kkg users

They are too powerful. They will copy the enemy jutsu and use it against them.

There were only three Doujutsu: Byakugan, Sharingan, and Rinnegan, and they all originated from Rinne Sharingan. Eliminating them would mean the Ninja Alliance would not have been formed or Konoha would not be established along with the other villages.

The Uchiha clan were mercenaries like other clans of their time. The difference is the old Uchiha clan was extremely powerful no clan would ally with another against them. If they failed the Uchiha would annihilate them or ally with another to wipe them out. Their decline actually happened because they joined konoha if not they would've continued getting stronger and stronger.

Uchiha were exterminated BY the uchiha...except sasuke.

"How were they just a mercenary clan for fuedal lords"...because this is how they made money, they were PAID good money to battle the senju clan, and vice versa.
