I am making this post a bit late. but here it is.
It is concerning a thread made a while back about the rinnegan's implantation.
the creator of the thread said that it is implanted because nagato couldn't turn it off. now i ain't sayin that it is not implanted but that reason is bull. when have u ever seen the s06p's normal eyes. he is always shown with his rinnegan active. i'm just saying that it is possible that there is no need to activate the rinnegan. people are born with the rinnegan. also the creator stated that doujutsu is achieved by emotional distress or training. but what about the hyuuga. they all have byakugan from the beginning. once again, i am not saying that the rinnegan was not implanted in nagato. i'm sure it was.

anyway just tell me your opinion about this

You dont really ever see the SO6P that much and his defining characteristic was the rinnegan so thats why he's only ever seen with it.
Nagato doesnt seem to have been able to disable the rinnegan once it activated as a kid (but that may have been due to the transplant Tobi did like with Kakashi's Sharingan)

The SO6P is still a major mystery as is the time before ninja and the origins of the Juubi. All we know is the world was constantly at war and the Juubi was running rampant. Then one day the SO6P showed up with the rinnegan, sealed the beast and taught chakra control to people which led to the world as it is now.

Nope the reason is actually quite good. We have never seen Nagato activating the rinnegans, he probably always had them but his hair covered his eyes the entire time. Even Jiraya didnt noticed it. About the so6p, well have you actually seen him??? Nope you did not. Also you can see the Rinnegan can be deavtivated. Madara can switch between rinnegan-sharingan. And about emotional distress, Madara already said that the rinnegan is an evolution of the Sharingan. And as far as we know with every time a sharigan evolves --> the user gets emotional distress. Think about how Sasuke activated his Sharingan during the uchiha massacre, he and Naruto almost died when getting 2 tomoes vs Haku and 3 tomoes while fighting Naruto. And finaly activivating MS after hearing Itachi was not the veil guy he thought it was. Only EMS is different.
