Wat does this actually mean??

somebody added or subtracted from your reputation. for example, + rep. In your notifications, there will be a thing that shows up and says reputation comment. click on that and it takes you to your user cp. there you can see I added to your reputation

Huh? A rep comment is what you wanna say for the reason you give or take reputation points. You need to give a reason for deducting points but it isn't needed for giving. Though it is good in case you wanna rep for a sig rather than a comment.

yeah.... you need 100 points to get 2 bars, 200 to get 3 bars.... so on and so forth. However, the number of points will increase as the number of bars goes up... like 5 ends up being 600 I think....

Some moron neg repped me because he didn't like my sig earlier, i just reported him and put him on my ignore list, if someone neg reps you for a stupid reason just do the same.

Maybe you got a reputation power or a negative reputation power. Otherwise green, red, and gray. Can have different affects but it depends on the post. Otherwise, enjoy Naruto Base.

If someone posts something irrelevant, Contradictic, Or just plain obvious and you want to neg rep that person, You can bundle it together with a comment and say: Dude... wtf -.- I disagree, That wasn't necessary etc.

Or vise-versa....

Your reputation will either increase or decrease depending on your forumer actions, If you're nice,That green little square bellow your avatar will increase. If you're a total asshet or a noob troll, You'll have a red square instead and eventually a few, And people will completely ignore you. I personally do not care for rep, Bad or good... However if you do want to have a large @ss green line, And i see you posting something i agree to or like, I will positively rep you.

Almost forgot, You can post idiotic stuff from time to time if you want, But its a rep gamble...

It simply means that someone added or substracted reputation from you (either positive repping you or negative repping you) and added a comment.
