Yoshigake Kira possesses Blast Release, able to use both the ranged, Clay-variation and the close-ranged variation, and Typhoon Release. In addition to all of the basics and Universals, he is a Yin-Yang user, able to use the skill and its components, and a passive +20 boost to his techniques. He has a Yin-Yang creation that aids him that he calls "Killer Queen."
Kira's specialties: Increased Tracking Specialist(Primary), Increased Damage Resistance(Secondary), Apex Handseal(Blast Release), and Lifeline(Extra, additional 25% health). Sage rank, he has 2000 chakra and 250 health.

Kira turned towards the two men approaching him. He appeared unfazed, his expression almost as cold as DIO's. He held up the young man's headband. "Oh?" he mused, rolling his eyes. "So you two managed to see my little hobby?" Kira casually tossed the headband aside, and moved a few feet closer, standing 12 meters away from his accusers. "Hmm. I doubt I'll have anything to fear."
Quite suddenly, a large figure appeared to emerge from behind Kira. Demonic, standing the same height as the killer, the figure was humanoid with a head resembling an Egyptian cat. A cat-like protrusion in its stomach hissed as two white lumps manifested from Killer Queen's palms, coagulating together and steadily growing large. As Killer Queen created the "birds," Kira removed a scroll from his jacket, unraveling it against the ground as he slammed his palm against it and formed the needed seals. The ground throughout the terrain shook violently as the earth turned over on itself, erecting several large formations around DIO and Joseph alike. Appearing similar to houses, Kira erected countless caverns across the terrain as he attuned his senses to Joseph's and DIO's chakra from within his own cavern.
The two birds, fully formed by the time Kira's alteration to the terrain was completed, had already started darting through the shifting rocks and earth. Guided by instructions from its telepathic link to Kira, Killer Queen guided the birds to ambush Joseph and DIO. Approaching through two "windows" in the "room" created by Kira, the birds dove straight down to slam into Kira's two enemies, exploding on contact.

This technique is a combination of the Summoning Technique and an Earth Release technique. The user summons a large amount of rock from a giant canyon which, during the process of being summoned through this technique, he shapes into a design he outlined previously in a scroll. This allows the user to change the topography of the map and create any earthen feature he needs from pillars to gorges, canyons, mountains or simply plains. If the user wants to or is defeated, the alteration ends as any summon eventually does. Additionally he can use (Doton: Dimenshon Fuudo Shihai) - Earth Release: Dimension Topography Control at any point to change the design and alter the summoned terrain.
