Irene is sage rank and half Uzumaki and Half Chinoike mastering both the Ketsuryūgan dojutsu and all advance uzumaki techniques. She has sound, fuinjutsu, and kinjutsu, and yin all mastered with a +15 to all techniques. Due to being both uzumaki and mastering yin and being sage rank her chakra pool is larger than most reaching a chakra pool of 3700. With tracking of that of the Ketsu dojutsu Her specialties are [Genjutsu Range Specialist - Increased Speed Specialist - Apex Tracking Specialist - Yin Specialist]


Irene with her staff in her hands decides to activate her KG, Blood Dragon Eye. A smirk to cross her face as if she was saying she doesnt want to go all out against insects. She would like to torture them but it does seem that she started off pretty powerful. Without wasting much time. She manipulate the blood in her body to form into a huge 8 headed snake made out of blood. By her doing this, this would constantly linger around her body protecting her, while causing one of the heads to strike the guy in armor while right after she would cast a genjutsu by locking eyes with the girl beside the guy in armor, causing them to believe that their body parts to melt off very painfully, starting with their arms, then legs. She then slowly begins to walk, still with an arrogant look on her face

( Dōjutsu Ketsuryūgan ) - Eye Technique: Blood Dragon Eye

Description: The Ketsuryūgan (血龍眼, Literally meaning: Blood Dragon Eye) is a dōjutsu, which appears in certain individuals of the Chinoike clan. The Ketsuryūgan is recognised by its reddish colour, giving a special appearance for the users of this dōjutsu, characterised as holders of eyes as red as blood. A notable ability of the Ketsuryūgan is it's ability to cast genjutsu, either by making physical skin contact with the target or meeting each other's gaze, on a level of comparable strength to the Sharingan as well as be able to follow high-speed movements. One of its main abilities is their ability to manipulate iron, or more accurately, any liquid with a high iron concentration which allows them the ability to manipulate the blood within themselves for Ninjutsu use. Much like any other Dōjutsu, the Ketsuryugan is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Similar to the Byakugan, the user can see chakra through matter and beyond dense matter or in long distances. This ability also allows the wielder to see one's "life force", or their physical energy and sense and see any living object within range.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his doujutsu, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina, he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Jounin Rank or above and has held the Doujutsu for a month, he becomes able to passively activate it.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: While traveling the NW, bios with an activated Ketsuryugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away though this does not beyond an ocean landmark.
Note: In order to utilize any of the blood based abilities, the user must be at least Jounin rank.

( Doujutsu: Genjutsu Katsuryugan ) - Eye Technique: Dragon Blood Eye Illusion ( B-Rank)

Description: This technique is simply the use of generic genjutsu used by members of the Chinoike clan. By simply having their opponents look into their eyes or by making physical contact, the user can lock the user within a genjutsu of their choosing. These Genjutsus are so strong and powerful, Uchiha cannot break from them with ease, unable to pierce through unless they possess an active Mangekyou Sharingan or higher. Objects within these Genjutsus also seemingly have their own chakra networks, removing the excess chakra from the surroundings to make harder to detect.
Note: Can only be used with Katsuryugan

( Ketsuryū Shōten ) - Blood Dragon Ascension

Description: Blood Dragon Ascension is a technique that involves the ability of manipulating blood, exclusive of the members of the Chinoike Clan. Through this ability, the user forms a dragon of blood from their body with eight heads similar to the "Yamata no Orochi", which all have the ability to regenerate. Should any head be struck down by any damage below Forbidden rank, the heads will regenerate back fully without lost power as long as connected to the user still. In addition to the regeneration, the heads of the dragon also have the capability to release steam after biting a target. The dragon formed is strong and large enough to restrict the Complete-Body Susano'o from movement.
Note: Can only be used by Chinoike clan members. Can only be used twice times, each use lasting 6 turns each.
Note: The body of the Blood Dragon when connected to the user grants an S-Rank defense against elemental attacks. When detached and moving on it's own, the Blood Dragon has an S rank defense against elemental attacks and moves at equal speeds to the user.
Note: The dragon physical attacks will have an S-Rank strength and Long range reach and using them counts as a move from the users own move count. The power of the attack is divided through all the heads used to attack.
Note: Blasts of steam released from the dragon's heads deal A rank damage and can cause 5 damage per turn afterwards until healed and can only be done once per turn.
Note: To regenerate a head, the user must expend a move per turn.

It was at that moment that Hakumen caught a glimpse of just how powerful this woman is. Not just her presence is powerful, but the amount of chakra she holds is also amazing. Seeing the person eyes change, Hakumen knew he might be in for a world of trouble. He quickly tossed a soldier pill to tsu, informing her to eat it. Right as he did that, He noticed that the scarlet haired woman caused something red to emerge from her body. Really huge in stature with 8 heads. She caused 7 of them to wrap around her while she instructed one to launch in his direction. Acting quick, he had his partner to get right behind me. He quickly drew blood and palmed his hands causing a casket to appear right infront of him, while at the same time his partner strung together some handseals, causing rain to appear. As the casket emerge it would take the full blunt of the attack of S rank. Doing this, the casket would open releasing a beautiful lady who immediate begins to sing. Doing this it will induce the opponent into a genjutsu where it will cause major mental pain, while causing muscle paralysis in attempt to stop her in her tracks. (Due to tsu being behind hakumen, he wouldnt have got struck by the genjutsu also since he interrupted it)

(Heishi Piru) Soldier Pills
Type: Supplementary
Description and Background:Soldier pills are a more combat aimed variation of the military ration pill. Upon ingesting the pill, your chakra supply doubles, but burns at a greatly accelerated rate due to the "pressure" involved. Upon ingesting the pill, any ninjutsu you use gains +15 damage and any taijutsu gains +10 for 4 turns. Upon expiration of the effects you must use an extra 10 chakra for every technique afterwards for 5 turns with no enhanced effects due to the fatigue setting in meaning you have to force your techniques more, and thereby adding to the toll it takes on your body. These pills are a basic medicine medical ninjas use in combat and are essentially black small round pills which are swallowed and absorbed through the mucosa in the stomach, made off of various ingredients and medicinal herbs as well as stimulants. Can only be given out to up to 4 times, excluding the user's use.
Description of Side Effects:
-Upon using a second pill in a conflict the additional chakra cost after expiry rises to +30 until healed
-Upon taking a third pill, the medical ninja will suffer cardiac arrest upon expiry of the pill.

(Kuchiyose/Ototon Genjutsu: Carte Garte) Summoning/Sound Illusionary Art: Carte Garte

Description: This technique dwells in releasing high sound frequencies into the opponents brain via their ear canal, being the brother technique to Magdala Curtian, by casting them into a painful genjutsu. The user will draw blood (by biting their thumb or whatever means) and smearing it on their palm, following right after the user will clap his hands initiating a summon causing a large box/casket emerge from the ground around the user in an upright position, being the "Grave of Maria" The casket is very sturdy and durable being able to sustain damage up to S rank unscathed. Once the casket fully emerges, a singing lady will emerge out of the box/casket producing an hymn from her mouth that is directed into the ear canal of the opponent inducing the genjutsu. As the opponent hears the singing/hymn from maria, it will release sound waves that produce a very high sound frequency in their ear that will cause a excruciating mental strain in the opponents head causing unbearable pain. This will not only serve as decoy but will result in muscle paralysis as the hymn is being sung, still causing pain towards the brain region, sounding like a very loud screech in their brain they cant get rid of. If grave of maria is summoned before hand for the other technique, the user is able to switch hymns without needing to summon her over again. Due to grave of maria being real and not a genjutsu, if she is attacked or destroyed the genjutsu is released/stopped

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake handseals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
