Here are our previously used/activated techniques:
Passively Activated: (Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.
To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.
Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. Dispicted as the eyes of the SO6P, the Rinnegan awaken on Madara Uchiha after he obtained his EMS and implanted Hashirama's Senju cells in himself. Having both lineage from the SO6P allowed him to awake the Rinnegan. When Madara activates the Rinnegan, he seems to not suffer any kind decrease in his EMS abilities in terms of tracking speed, clarity of perception or seeing chakra. Eventually his eyes were bestowed upon Nagato Uzumaki and in him manifested lower abilities (equal or comparable to a 3 Tomoe Sharingan). While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara could switch at will between his EMS and Rinnegan eyes, although he wasn't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Eventually Obito transplanted Nagato's (and subsequently Madara's) Left Rinnegan into himself. By doing so he gained access to both Doujutsu at the same time although losing the ability to deactivate the Rinnegan and as such, losing chakra constantly to maintain it.
Note: Constantly passively active in Nagato and Obito bios
Note: Requires activation ( spending move ) for Madara bios but remains active indefinetely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Madara bio with Rinnegan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated EMS before and had it active for 1 full turn.

(Jinpu Ritta) Divine Axe Rhitta

Description: Rhitta is giant ornamental axe with a blade shaped like a crescent moon, similar to that of a Monk's spade. The axe also features two golden protrusions, one larger than the other, with the white tips of a spear, the longer one is in the middle at the top of the axe and the smaller one is on the opposite of the blade of the axe. The handle is dark blue and it features a golden semicircular guard with four golden spikes on it. Its design specs and distribution of weight are (likely intentionally) off: most of the weight is concentrated in the head, leaving it off balance, and even more difficult to wield than its impressive weight would already make it. The axe itself when used in battle is nothing more then a standard weapon that deals no increase in ability. The user will carry Rhitta on their back and will be able to passively activate Rhitta's unique ability at will; allowing it to completely absorb and store enormous amounts of chakra from it's user over time. This allows the user to release this chakra as heat on command and with precision instead of simply burning away everything in their vicinity. By thinking the command "Sacred Treasure Release" the user can release all the power he has stored in Rhitta in one of two ways. The first being an offensive ability, causing the release to be accompanied by an incredible wave of light and heat, bright enough to illuminate a night sky. The heat will be releases around the user, forming a short ranged dome, burning anyone else around him, friend or foe and then by swinging the axe in a dirrection. Causing the heat to release outward in said dirrection as an 180° wave of chakra that spreads both high and wide, capable of reaching long range. The power output of this heatwave is dependent on the amount of chakra stored into Rhitta at the time of release. Only being 20 damage on turn one and increasing 20 damage each turn until fully charged; dealing 100 damage by the fifth turn. This ability counts as one of the users techniques per turn and is considered S-rank, regardless of power output.. The second ability, is a defensive ability, allowing the user to absorb the chakra back into himself, allowing the user to release techniques that may require the surge of chakra to break the technique. Genjutsu would be an example of this; being able to break Genjutsu or other techniques that would require a surge of chakra to break, up to and including S-rank. (Baring Yin and MS level Genjutsu) The user can call the Divine Axe Rhitta to himself at will, and it will travel at incredible speeds through the sky to reach him. After releasing the chakra, the user will need to wait awhile before they can reactivate the Axe, allowing it to once again drain and store their chakra.

The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.
( Kanpekinanin Kumo Sennin Modo ) - Perfect Spider Sage Mode

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn), for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +30. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required to. And similarly, the requirement to break out of user’s Genjutsu using Release or Chakra surge is one rank higher than required. Lastly, the user gains access to spider anatomy, gaining 4 more fully functional limbs as well as the ability to spew Silk.
Note: Usable thrice per battle by Perfect Sages only. Must wait 1 turn before using this technique again. Once per battle, the user is able to instantly activate Sage mode, with 10% of their maximum chakra reserve as Senjutsu Chakra.
Note: Perfect Sages can convert a maximum of 40% of their total chakra reserve

Hei and Hotsuma would be standing short ranged of each other (3m) within the arena. Facing their opponents who are mid-ranged away from them (12m). The battle was about to begin. The crowds would be cheering in excitement for the games to begin. Hei would extend his hand out, using his mastery of the water element to create a near instantaneous box of water around Takatsuki. Hei would then close his hand into a tight fist, causing the box of water to implode into it'self, dealing massive damage. Simultaneously to Hei, Hotsuma would make a handseal as Hei extended his hand. This will place Takatsuki, Blastoise and Hakumen within an illusion of darkness, completely cutting off their sight. This illusion would be placed the very moment before the box of water would form, preventing the team from seeing it's creation.

(Suiton: Kujiku Kou) Water Release: Imploding Box of Might

Description: The user will make a quick sequence of four handseals causing water to rise around a target in the form of a box. The size of the box is dependent on the size of the target. Larger boxes, like ones to trap a summon are rather slow to form, while smaller boxes like ones to trap a normal sized human can be near instantaneous. The user will then form a handseal causing the water implode in upon itself with massive crushing force causing damage to whatever is trapped within.

( Kokuangyo no Jutsu ) - Bringer-of-Darkness Technique

Description: The user makes one handseal, causing the opponent to believe they have been trapped in a world of infinite darkness, where their sense of sight is useless. It is capable of affecting multiple targets within range. However, it does not negate their other senses.
After placing the illusion, Hotsuma would make another seal and releases rock bullets from his mouth, these bullets will grow into massive boulders and crush the area the opponents are in, causing destruction around the short ranged area. The entire time, Hei and Hotsuma would both be keeping close watch on their opponents chakra's. Hei via his Doujutsu and Hotsuma via his Sage Mode sensing ability.

(Iwadeppō no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Rock Gun Technique

The match starting, and everything already turning for the worst. Hakumen and his partner standing right next to each other not only felt but heard water quickly form around them. This was around the same time it suddenly got dark. This would throw his opponent off guard but this wouldnt throw Hakumen off guard. Due to his spacial awareness he was aware his opponents still didnt move, and he was in a cube of sort. Likely made out of water due to the feel but the fact it suddenly got dark was strange. Since the darkness crept up on him after several handseal he deduced this was a trick to hinder his vision. It was a cheap trick to fight in the dark or a genjutsu. "Its Dark" suki said, which made hakumen believe him and even his summon was caught in it, but why would they hinder themselves as such. Hakumen decided to act. Hakumen quickly caused the space around him, suki and blastoise and his opponents to fold at the same time. Doing this, it thrusted them in an arc towards each others previous position. This would cause space to push us out of the water, keeping the water intact, while pushing their opponents inside the water. While at the same time they are traveling in an arc, Blastoise decided to create rain clouds causing rain to fall down. Allowing him to sense from the rain drops itself

Though doing this, Suki was left essentially with no means to sense. So Hakumen wanted to try something out. He was able to fight while blinded but his opponent likely wasnt so skilled. Directing his summon and him to touch him, he did two handseals, causing the chakra in their body to react very violently. Doing this he directed suki to stab himself with a kunai in the hand, while hakumen did the same following his summon. This would be incredibly painful though his partner would showcase how much it hurt more than Hakumen, not showing it. Same with the summon. This would of course cause the pain to be much more worst than normal but it would break them out of what hakumen had suspected. Keeping this steady. Hakumen decided to play it safe keeping them in short range at all times.

Description: This technique is designed to apply the Concentration Gradient and Distance Gradient simultaneously. The user focuses chakra into the space on either side of two entities in an arching fashion. On one side of the entity, space begins to rapidly unfold while on the opposite side the space begins to fold in on itself. This forces the entity to quickly progress towards the location of the second entity while the second entity is pushed away from the first. This technique essentially allows two entities to rotate into different spaces by unfolding and folding space simultaneously swapping positions relative to each other. The direction of these arcs are completely dependent on the user as they can choose to either put these arcs on the left and ride side of this entity, above and below the entity, diagonal to them, etc. This can be used to completely rotate the orientation of a room, or the orientation of two techniques. Due to these predetermined arcs, the movement is always in a semi circle for both entities but the summed of movement of space would be a circle (To visualize this movement, pick two end points of a circle directly opposite of each other and rotate the circle.) Despite being extremely fast, this technique is not instant as the revolution occurs at 2 times the users' speed for Generals and higher. Seconds can perform this technique at 1.5x their speed and lower members execute this technique at their base speed.
Note: The displacement causes no lasting harm to objects used on.

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

The user will do 2 handseals (Ox-Ram) While touching the opponents body (or themselves) forcing the chakra inside of their body to react causing the chakra to resonate violently inside their body making it sore without notice. This will make their body extremely sore to the touch (similar to the after effects of guy from using his 7th gate) This will cause the opponent when hit to take double damage, while being extremely sensitive to any type of pain. A kunai stab to the hand would feel like you smashed your whole hand. Doing monstrous damage.

Note: Last 3 turns
Note: Can use a max of 2 times
Note: Cant use this technique for 3 turns after the affects wear off.

Based on the way this distortion works, by indirectly moving the target by folding and expanding space around them, i would say it's possible to move multiple people should they all be within the scope of the distortion. Teno’s team was near each other; i can give that a pass. Serpent’s team had a little distance between them but because they could both fall within the arc of the distortion i’ll let that go as well. I’m not saying it can’t shift objects with pinpoint accuracy, it's just that a specific target wasn’t mentioned and i’d rather not complicate things.

Next, the water technique: If Teno’s entire team can be shifted by his technique, the box must go with them. This means the person who was trapped would remain trapped and be inevitably crushed by the implosion of the box.

As for the rock jutsu, the swap wouldn’t change the outcome of it. The swap would end and the rocks launched to damage the other team.

So, its Serpent’s partner's turn now (whoever that is). Both teams have swapped places, Takasuki took 110 damage which took her out, Blastoise was hit by rocks and disappeared. Hakumen was also hit and took 110 damage which he survived at 50 health. Since Hakumen’s teammate was knocked out, the Soul Binding is broken and he suffers a -30 damage to all his techniques as well as losing 5 base speed.

Description: This technique is designed to apply the Concentration Gradient and Distance Gradient simultaneously. The user focuses chakra into the space on either side of two entities in an arching fashion. On one side of the entity, space begins to rapidly unfold while on the opposite side the space begins to fold in on itself. This forces the entity to quickly progress towards the location of the second entity while the second entity is pushed away from the first. This technique essentially allows two entities to rotate into different spaces by unfolding and folding space simultaneously swapping positions relative to each other. The direction of these arcs are completely dependent on the user as they can choose to either put these arcs on the left and ride side of this entity, above and below the entity, diagonal to them, etc. This can be used to completely rotate the orientation of a room, or the orientation of two techniques. Due to these predetermined arcs, the movement is always in a semi circle for both entities but the summed of movement of space would be a circle (To visualize this movement, pick two end points of a circle directly opposite of each other and rotate the circle.) Despite being extremely fast, this technique is not instant as the revolution occurs at 2 times the users' speed for Generals and higher. Seconds can perform this technique at 1.5x their speed and lower members execute this technique at their base speed.
Note: The displacement causes no lasting harm to objects used on.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake handseals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Description: This is a very unique style of ninja art, developed by the interrogate squad. The user will do 2 handseals (Ox-Ram) While touching the opponents body (or themselves) forcing the chakra inside of their body to react causing the chakra to resonate violently inside their body making it sore without notice. This will make their body extremely sore to the touch (similar to the after effects of guy from using his 7th gate) This will cause the opponent when hit to take double damage, while being extremely sensitive to any type of pain. A kunai stab to the hand would feel like you smashed your whole hand. Doing monstrous damage.

Hakumen having taken the full brunt of Hotsuma's Earth technique laid within the rubble crippled. Hotsuma would preform a single handseal to place the Noah into another Genjutsu. This particular one was a lot harder to discern from actualy ninjutsu considering the fact Hotsuma had just utilized the Earth Release to harm the opponent. This genjutsu would cause a severe amount of mental anguish to Hakumen as the ground split beneath him and several chains burst out the ground surrounding Hakumen and wrapping around him, squeezing what little strength he had left out of him. In reality, Hakumen would be immobilized on the ground, unable to move he would pass out from the amount of stress. Hei at the same time would cause a orb of water to surround Hakumen immobilizing him further and ensuring he was unable to recover.

Description: The user transfers his chakra into the opponent's mind meanwhile performing a single handseal, the "Ram" handseal, casting an illusion into the opponent causing him to see the ground below him divided into two sections, a right section which moves at the right direction of the opponent and a left section that moves at the left direction of the opponent, leaving the opponent without any solid ground. Meanwhile the ground is moving countless chains shows up from the space that is left by the divide of the two earth sections. These chains are manipulated by the user, giving him the capability of binding the opponent with the chains, inflicting damage with the chains etc.. . Leaving the opponent open in reality and inflicting damage to him because of the amount of stress caused form the illusion.

(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.

Note: This creates its own water source.
