Passively Activated: (Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.
To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.
Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

Description: One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. Dispicted as the eyes of the SO6P, the Rinnegan awaken on Madara Uchiha after he obtained his EMS and implanted Hashirama's Senju cells in himself. Having both lineage from the SO6P allowed him to awake the Rinnegan. When Madara activates the Rinnegan, he seems to not suffer any kind decrease in his EMS abilities in terms of tracking speed, clarity of perception or seeing chakra. Eventually his eyes were bestowed upon Nagato Uzumaki and in him manifested lower abilities (equal or comparable to a 3 Tomoe Sharingan). While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara could switch at will between his EMS and Rinnegan eyes, although he wasn't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Eventually Obito transplanted Nagato's (and subsequently Madara's) Left Rinnegan into himself. By doing so he gained access to both Doujutsu at the same time although losing the ability to deactivate the Rinnegan and as such, losing chakra constantly to maintain it.
Note: Constantly passively active in Nagato and Obito bios
Note: Requires activation ( spending move ) for Madara bios but remains active indefinetely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Madara bio with Rinnegan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated EMS before and had it active for 1 full turn.

(Jinpu Ritta) Divine Axe Rhitta

Description: Rhitta is giant ornamental axe with a blade shaped like a crescent moon, similar to that of a Monk's spade. The axe also features two golden protrusions, one larger than the other, with the white tips of a spear, the longer one is in the middle at the top of the axe and the smaller one is on the opposite of the blade of the axe. The handle is dark blue and it features a golden semicircular guard with four golden spikes on it. Its design specs and distribution of weight are (likely intentionally) off: most of the weight is concentrated in the head, leaving it off balance, and even more difficult to wield than its impressive weight would already make it. The axe itself when used in battle is nothing more then a standard weapon that deals no increase in ability. The user will carry Rhitta on their back and will be able to passively activate Rhitta's unique ability at will; allowing it to completely absorb and store enormous amounts of chakra from it's user over time. This allows the user to release this chakra as heat on command and with precision instead of simply burning away everything in their vicinity. By thinking the command "Sacred Treasure Release" the user can release all the power he has stored in Rhitta in one of two ways. The first being an offensive ability, causing the release to be accompanied by an incredible wave of light and heat, bright enough to illuminate a night sky. The heat will be releases around the user, forming a short ranged dome, burning anyone else around him, friend or foe and then by swinging the axe in a dirrection. Causing the heat to release outward in said dirrection as an 180° wave of chakra that spreads both high and wide, capable of reaching long range. The power output of this heatwave is dependent on the amount of chakra stored into Rhitta at the time of release. Only being 20 damage on turn one and increasing 20 damage each turn until fully charged; dealing 100 damage by the fifth turn. This ability counts as one of the users techniques per turn and is considered S-rank, regardless of power output.. The second ability, is a defensive ability, allowing the user to absorb the chakra back into himself, allowing the user to release techniques that may require the surge of chakra to break the technique. Genjutsu would be an example of this; being able to break Genjutsu or other techniques that would require a surge of chakra to break, up to and including S-rank. (Baring Yin and MS level Genjutsu) The user can call the Divine Axe Rhitta to himself at will, and it will travel at incredible speeds through the sky to reach him. After releasing the chakra, the user will need to wait awhile before they can reactivate the Axe, allowing it to once again drain and store their chakra.

However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nullified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on each other.

Description: An empowered state of body achieved by blending natural energy with one’s physical and spiritual energy. The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn), for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced. Their ninjutsu and strength increases, empowering taijutsu and other close range physical combat techniques by +30. Additionally, the user is able to break out of Genjutsu, using Genjutsu release technique one rank lower than what he would normally be required to. And similarly, the requirement to break out of user’s Genjutsu using Release or Chakra surge is one rank higher than required. Lastly, the user gains access to spider anatomy, gaining 4 more fully functional limbs as well as the ability to spew Silk.
Note: Usable thrice per battle by Perfect Sages only. Must wait 1 turn before using this technique again. Once per battle, the user is able to instantly activate Sage mode, with 10% of their maximum chakra reserve as Senjutsu Chakra.
Note: Perfect Sages can convert a maximum of 40% of their total chakra reserve

( Bijūgan ) - Tailed Beast Drug

Description: These are pills in a capsulated form that give the user a heightened transformation. When activated, the user gains a chakra cloak with tails that can range from one to four tails — though the precise amount of tails generated by the user depends on the amount of chakra they have. The tails are capable of being used as a shield deflecting kunai, taijutsu or ninjutsu and are able to manifest into Tailed Beast Chakra Arms. If the user is rendered unconscious, the cloak will disappear. The chakra shroud protects the user from damage and grants him a high reduction of 25 damage from techniques.
Note: Lasts 3 turns each use. For every 500 chakra the user has, the user gains an additional tail starting with 2 at 500 chakra (500 chakra = 2 tails, 1000 chakra = 3 tails, 1500 chakra = 4, etc).
Note: Can be used up to 3 times per battle. Should the duration of one use be near its end, using another pill will extend this 3 more turns.
Note: After one usage, the user becomes unable to perform higher than S rank techniques for two turns. After two usages, this time doubles and affects the users S ranks as well. During the third use, the user will suffer 20 damage per turn and be unable to use A ranks and above after it ends for three turns.

Ryu no ken | Fist of the Dragon

Description:
An advanced nintaijutsu technique, the user will gather chakra into their dominant fist, and with a punch forward release the chakra which will extend outwards. The chakra will then use shape manipulation to form itself into a serpentine chinese dragon that extends from the users fist. This dragon will still be connected to the users fist from its body as it grows being able to reach up to long range, able to contort its body and move to the users will, capable of coiling around the user to protect them or lunge out to strike at opponents as the user punches their fist forwards.
While channelling this technique, although the other appendages will be free, no other chakra based attacks will be able to be used.
The dragon starts out as a B rank with 40 damage with each subsequent turn increasing in rank following damage scaling until it becomes S rank with 80 damage on the 3rd turn.

Description:
Hattori Hanzo is the name of the armour that has been passed down for generations between ninja. This armour set has been word for centuries, each ninja upgrading and perfecting the armour until the armour itself became a weapon that was able to be used in battle. Originally crafted and created by a Samurai named Hattori Hanzo, the actual name of the armour has been lost long ago, after it was stolen and claimed by a ninja, who proceeded to pass it down. They say the spirit of the Samurai who made it still dwells within the armour, watching over who ever may wear it protecting them. (simply cosmetic, doesnt actually give the user any sensing or any abilities)
Hattori Hanzo is a dress armour with unique properties of being both offensive and defensive. While comprised of lightweight leather underneath, on top of the armour actually are slots for ninja tools that may be stacked on top of each other, forming a scale like pattern on top of the leather, but underneath the cloth design cover that is on top (fig. 1). By simply flicking the dress one can fire out a ninja tool in the chosen direction as it comes loose from the dress, travelling at the same speed as if being thrown. These ninja tools are specially made by the current wearer to be custom made chakra metal ninja tools, able to conduct chakra. The advantage of the battle dress firstly is that while all the ninja tools are stacked like scales. they provide the user a reduction of 30 damage from techniques that are physical in nature (Earth, Steel, etc) in one instance of damage. The armor can resist a total of S-Rank (80) damage in total before shattering. Each ninja tool is capable of being taken from the dress by the user and held or thrown. Several of these shuriken are custom made to be larger shuriken (fig. 2) again able to conduct the chakra of what ever element the user is currently using at the cost of an extra 20 chakra dealing 60 damage. Within the same timeframe once per turn, the user can channel the same elemental chakra along side the current attack they are doing, and do a pirouette spinning on the spot sending out a barrage of these elementally enhanced shuriken, at the cost of 40 chakra and dealing 80 damage; this can only be used twice per battle.
Slug Summoning: Xiaoyu

Description:
Xiaoyu is a slug that is summoning much in the way of Katsuyu, being varying sizes, and sharing the trait to spit acid. What differs Xiaoyu to Katsuyu is in her battle tactics and capabilities. While Katsuyu can be seen as a supplementary or defensive ally, Xiaoyu can be seen as an offensive one. Sharing the ability to absorb people into her body, instead of surrounding them in a large body, effectively like cushioning, Xiaoyu creates a secondary skin shaping her body to match the users without hindering movement. By merging with the user, she can still use her acid attacks. Xiaoyu can use the chakra transfer technique to increase a users technique by 10 chakra to increase its damage by 20 points (10 for S-rank), but only up to S-rank. Should Xiaoyu get the chance to absorb or merge with the enemy target, she can start to break down his body on a cellular lever, burning through him with her acid at 40 damage per turn.
Due to Xaioyu's battle nature, she is able to tank physical attacks that are up to B-rank without damage.

-Can only be summoned once per event
-Merging with a target is passive, but take up a move slot in the users turn.
-Can last 4 turns.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Nidaisengama ) Summoning Technique: The Two Great Sage Toads

Description: One of the elder leaders of the Toads of Myobokuzan, Fukasaku (also known as Pa) is a small toad (somewhat in contrast with the fact that he's older and more powerful than the gigantic Gamabunta) who serves as the main teacher of Sage techniques to Naruto and Jiraya. Possessing a keen intellect, he is a master strategist and an experienced fighter. Shima (also known as Ma) is his wife and acts as his battle partner but also one of the elder leaders in the clan as well. Capable and powerful, Shima matches Fukasaku's battle prowess and share most of his abilities. Both are capable of using Frog Katas and gathering natural energy to temporarily boost their physical strength (if they aren't merged with the user). Both can perform ninjutsu and use Senjutsu Techniques and while Fukasaku can use up to S-Rank Water and Wind techniques, Shima can use up to S-Rank Fire and Wind techniques. Both can use oil techniques, a trait shared amongst most Toads, and some unique techniques known only to toads. Ma and Pa are the only toads that can merge with the user to gather natural energy and transfer it to him, enabling the user to keep sage mode active as long as the Amphibian Mode is kept. The user can summon one or the other, once per battle for each. However, if the user wants to summon both in the same battle, he needs to gather chakra for one turn before they are summoned (the user does the summoning technique and waits one turn for the summoning to be complete, keeping his hands together as he gathers enough chakra to perform the summon). They seem to be constantly infused with natural energy or their sage mode is incredibly durable though they haven't shown the same type of sensory awareness as ninja sage mode users.

(Senpō: Ryōsei no Jutsu) – Sage Art: Amphibian Technique

Description: This technique is used to fuse on the shoulders of a student of the sage arts such as jiraiya. This maximizes the amount of sage chakra the person they are fused with to and allows them to also enter sage mode. This allows Fukasaku and Shima to continuously gather sage chakra for the person when they are moving, as they are stationary on top the persons shoulders thus eliminating the weakness of exhausting the users sage chakra in battle. This method however was not suitable for naruto as the 9 tailed fox rejected Fukasaku attempts to fuse with naruto during training.

Several of these shuriken are custom made to be larger shuriken (fig. 2) again able to conduct the chakra of what ever element the user is currently using at the cost of an extra 20 chakra dealing 60 damage. Within the same timeframe once per turn, the user can channel the same elemental chakra along side the current attack they are doing, and do a pirouette spinning on the spot sending out a barrage of these elementally enhanced shuriken, at the cost of 40 chakra and dealing 80 damage; this can only be used twice per battle.

Description:
Xiaoyu is a slug that is summoning much in the way of Katsuyu, being varying sizes, and sharing the trait to spit acid. What differs Xiaoyu to Katsuyu is in her battle tactics and capabilities. While Katsuyu can be seen as a supplementary or defensive ally, Xiaoyu can be seen as an offensive one. Sharing the ability to absorb people into her body, instead of surrounding them in a large body, effectively like cushioning, Xiaoyu creates a secondary skin shaping her body to match the users without hindering movement. By merging with the user, she can still use her acid attacks. Xiaoyu can use the chakra transfer technique to increase a users technique by 10 chakra to increase its damage by 20 points (10 for S-rank), but only up to S-rank. Should Xiaoyu get the chance to absorb or merge with the enemy target, she can start to break down his body on a cellular lever, burning through him with her acid at 40 damage per turn.
Due to Xaioyu's battle nature, she is able to tank physical attacks that are up to B-rank without damage.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Nidaisengama ) Summoning Technique: The Two Great Sage Toads

Description: One of the elder leaders of the Toads of Myobokuzan, Fukasaku (also known as Pa) is a small toad (somewhat in contrast with the fact that he's older and more powerful than the gigantic Gamabunta) who serves as the main teacher of Sage techniques to Naruto and Jiraya. Possessing a keen intellect, he is a master strategist and an experienced fighter. Shima (also known as Ma) is his wife and acts as his battle partner but also one of the elder leaders in the clan as well. Capable and powerful, Shima matches Fukasaku's battle prowess and share most of his abilities. Both are capable of using Frog Katas and gathering natural energy to temporarily boost their physical strength (if they aren't merged with the user). Both can perform ninjutsu and use Senjutsu Techniques and while Fukasaku can use up to S-Rank Water and Wind techniques, Shima can use up to S-Rank Fire and Wind techniques. Both can use oil techniques, a trait shared amongst most Toads, and some unique techniques known only to toads. Ma and Pa are the only toads that can merge with the user to gather natural energy and transfer it to him, enabling the user to keep sage mode active as long as the Amphibian Mode is kept. The user can summon one or the other, once per battle for each. However, if the user wants to summon both in the same battle, he needs to gather chakra for one turn before they are summoned (the user does the summoning technique and waits one turn for the summoning to be complete, keeping his hands together as he gathers enough chakra to perform the summon). They seem to be constantly infused with natural energy or their sage mode is incredibly durable though they haven't shown the same type of sensory awareness as ninja sage mode users.

The mode heightens performance on all levels by adding a new dimension of power to the user’s chakra. The state is a direct result of Senjutsu chakra circulating through the body. To enter this form, a minimum of 10% of the user’s maximum chakra reserve must be moulded into Senjutsu chakra, all subsequent technique employ Senjutsu chakra until the minimum cost (-10/turn) cannot be paid to sustain the mode. The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique. The user is able to passively sense chakra and his/her perception and reflexes are enhanced by x3. Their strength increases, empowering Taijutsu techniques and Ninjutsu by +30. Additionally, Genjutsu cast by the user are empowered requiring the opponent to use Genjutsu release, of one rank higher than what is normally required. Lastly, the user gains access to toad anatomy, Sage Art: Frog Kata and other physical feats granted by Sage mode.
Note: Usable thrice per battle by Perfect Sages only. Must wait 1 turn before using this technique again. Once per battle, the user is able to instantly activate Sage mode, with 10% of their maximum chakra reserve as Senjutsu Chakra.

Hei and Hotsuma would be standing short ranged of each other (3m) within the arena. Facing their opponents whom are mid-ranged from them (12m). The match would begin with Hotsuma making a single handseal, placing the other Sage Mode user and both his attached summons into a Genjutsu. This will make them see themselves be sewn up with steel wires preventing movement in reality. This will bind their arms and legs to the sides of their bodies, preventing them from making handseals and causing excruciating mental damage to the opponents. Ma and Pa toad would be unable to withstand such an attack and would be forced back to Mt. Myobokuzan. This illusion would be enhanced by the soul bound and Hotsuma's Sage Mode. In the same timeframe, Simultaneously to Hotsuma. Hei would create a swamp beneath the opponents causing them to sink in to the mud as it rapidly forms. This swamp would stretch a 10m radius with the opponents in the center and be equally deep.

[Genjutsu: Naribaindingu] - Illusion Art: Nalebinding

Description: This genjutsu can be used in two ways, either with a single handseal, or thrusting the users palm forwards for the target to see. The user can choose which body parts are stitched, but the target will suddenly see a small needle and steel thread shoot out from being them and rapidly sew parts of their body together. An example of this would be the needle appearing and stitching their mouth together in rapid movements causing excruciating pain and binding their lips shut so they can't talk. Another example would be stitching the targets arms to their body. As they try to pull against the stitches, they would just cause even more pain until they pass out. Though the initial jutsu will mentally hurt them it will not be enough to cause them to faint. The user can use this illusion to create multiple needles and threads and bind up to 3 targets, restricting their movements. A very sadistic, painful, binding illusion. In the illusion, if the target tried to cut the wire the illusion itself would create an opposing force restricting them to give the illusion the wires can't be cut.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
After placing the Genjutsu, Hotsuma would create a malleable mass of wuji form 6m above his opponents and will fall over the opponents, smothering and burning them as it enters within 2m of the opponent. This technique would also be enhanced via the soul bound and Hotsuma's sage mode.

Description: Taiji Dao is the sister technique to Wuji Dao and its polar opposite. Where the latter returns existence to nothigness, Taiji Dao brings existence from nothingness. Fundamentally, the user creates physical, vital, and/or spiritual entities through the use of their Dantian. The user is also capable of returning enties they've erased with Wuji Dao back into existence in the condition they were erased. The constructs and creations that a user can conjure are limited to their imagination. These constructs, if appropriate, are capable of using Neidan techniques that coincide with the dantian used to create them (e.g physical constructs can use techniques with the lower dantian) ( the entities can, not constructs ). Like other techniques that possess the Chakra of the Dragon, the user is capable of keeping track of anything created with this technique via their Taijin ability. The basic application of this technique sees the use of one of the three dantian to create an entity. However, advanced users are capable of combining two or all three dantian to create entities with qualities of multiple dantian. Combining all three of the dantian is the equivalent to creating a sentient familiar. This technique is learned at genin rank and requires 5 hand signs for external uses. Each rank reduces the requirements for hand signs by 2. The upper echleon (Dragon, Head, Master) may use this technique B-rank and below without hand signs.

Lower Dantian: This application sees the creation of physical entities from Wuji (Nothingness). Entities created with this dantian may possess properties of any material state of matter (solids and liquids primarily) and can be created internal or external of the Hayabusa. Those with medical knowledge can even replace vital organs, tissues, and cells. The limitations of this technique are that: entities created must be 5 meters away from adversaries unless the user is within close range. Entities such as poisons, diseases, or composites of actual elemental natures cannot be created. Familiars created with this dantian alone are non-sentient. All created constructs possess a black reptilian scale like aesthetic pattern, representing Sokotsu.

Middle Dantian: This application sees the creation of vital/etheral entities from Wuji. Entities created with this dantian possess plasma like forms similar to lightning and fire and appear as translucent black energy. The versatility of this application is less than the lower dantian's application as it possesses no such malleable ability to be formed into multiple different states of matter. Entities created with this application is incredibly high energy giving them the capability to burn on touch or even ignite objects and beings within close proximity (ignition at A-rank and above must be within 2 meters of the entity). The user is immune to their own energy's burning effects. Like the previous application, familiars created with this dantian alone are non-sentient. Entities cannot be created within 5 meters of adversaries unless close range is already established between the user and opponent(s).

Upper Dantian: This application sees the creation of spiritual entities from Wuji. This application allows the user to create a seperate sentience within themselves, or others. This spiritual creation may appear however the user deems fit as it is only a mental representation of the consciousness. Unless created within the consciousness of another, these spiritual beings are only concievable, and communicable to the Hayabusa who created it. Unlike the previous two applications, the user may create this spiritual sentience within another as long as they are within appropriate range. However, their only function is to prevent opponents from using mental/spiritual techniques of certain levels (B-rank prevents enemies from using S-rank and above spiritual/mental techniques. Every rank above that decreases the enemy's use by 1-rank). If created inside the user, the entity acts as a partner capable of using upper dantian techniques without the need for the user's input and is unaffected by spiritual/mental techniques directed at the user. Likewise it can block spiritual techniques on the user's behalf as well (A-rank and below starting at B-rank creations and increasing by 1 rank for every rank above B). This application requires one to be chunin rank and is B-rank at minimum. B and A-rank uses require the user to be within mid-range to use against targets. S-rank requires short range and Forbidden rank requires direct physical contact.

BATTLE CHECK

Alright so this was quite the tricky check, after thoroughly reading through both the VMs and the CR as well as looking at the specific technique and Genjutsu Rules I've come to my conclusion.

In regards to the mental damage taking effect immediately the consensus is that you have a turn to reverse the effects of the genjutsu before you take damage, therefore ReXii's summons wouldn't be in immediate danger, although this is something you guys agreed upon.

The main issue here is whether or not the Genjutsu effects ReXii, his argument is that the Amphibian Technique which constantly draws in and channels nature energy would protect him from this S Rank genjutsu. Now although, both internal and eternal chakra surges are effective in breaking Genjutsu this chakra surge is not quantified in the Amphibian Technique. There are a plethora of technique that continuously channel and or siphon chakra, and to assume that this leaves one immune to genjutsu without an actual quantified amount of chakra being channeled or siphon would be a precedent I wouldn't want to set. That and the fact that the Amphibian Technique is A rank would in my opinion, enable Serpent to utulize his genjutsu.

TL;DR
Amphibian Technique doesn't list an exact amount of chakra channeled and considering its an A rank technique I do not believe it would be sufficent to break an S Rank genjutsu, continue with ReXii's turn.

The user can choose which body parts are stitched, but the target will suddenly see a small needle and steel thread shoot out from being them and rapidly sew parts of their body together. An example of this would be the needle appearing and stitching their mouth together in rapid movements causing excruciating pain and binding their lips shut so they can't talk. Another example would be stitching the targets arms to their body. As they try to pull against the stitches, they would just cause even more pain until they pass out. Though the initial jutsu will mentally hurt them it will not be enough to cause them to faint. The user can use this illusion to create multiple needles and threads and bind up to 3 targets, restricting their movements. A very sadistic, painful, binding illusion. In the illusion, if the target tried to cut the wire the illusion itself would create an opposing force restricting them to give the illusion the wires can't be cut.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
After placing the Genjutsu, Hotsuma would create a malleable mass of wuji form 6m above his opponents and will fall over the opponents, smothering and burning them as it enters within 2m of the opponent. This technique would also be enhanced via the soul bound and Hotsuma's sage mode.

Description: Taiji Dao is the sister technique to Wuji Dao and its polar opposite. Where the latter returns existence to nothigness, Taiji Dao brings existence from nothingness. Fundamentally, the user creates physical, vital, and/or spiritual entities through the use of their Dantian. The user is also capable of returning enties they've erased with Wuji Dao back into existence in the condition they were erased. The constructs and creations that a user can conjure are limited to their imagination. These constructs, if appropriate, are capable of using Neidan techniques that coincide with the dantian used to create them (e.g physical constructs can use techniques with the lower dantian) ( the entities can, not constructs ). Like other techniques that possess the Chakra of the Dragon, the user is capable of keeping track of anything created with this technique via their Taijin ability. The basic application of this technique sees the use of one of the three dantian to create an entity. However, advanced users are capable of combining two or all three dantian to create entities with qualities of multiple dantian. Combining all three of the dantian is the equivalent to creating a sentient familiar. This technique is learned at genin rank and requires 5 hand signs for external uses. Each rank reduces the requirements for hand signs by 2. The upper echleon (Dragon, Head, Master) may use this technique B-rank and below without hand signs.

Lower Dantian: This application sees the creation of physical entities from Wuji (Nothingness). Entities created with this dantian may possess properties of any material state of matter (solids and liquids primarily) and can be created internal or external of the Hayabusa. Hayabusa are also capable of replacing or adding body parts to themselves (or others through direct contact A-rank usage) such as lost or additional limbs, appendages, or wings. Those with medical knowledge can even replace vital organs, tissues, and cells. The limitations of this technique are that: entities created must be 5 meters away from adversaries unless the user is within close range. Entities such as poisons, diseases, or composites of actual elemental natures cannot be created. Familiars created with this dantian alone are non-sentient. All created constructs possess a black reptilian scale like aesthetic pattern, representing Sokotsu.

Middle Dantian: This application sees the creation of vital/etheral entities from Wuji. Entities created with this dantian possess plasma like forms similar to lightning and fire and appear as translucent black energy. The versatility of this application is less than the lower dantian's application as it possesses no such malleable ability to be formed into multiple different states of matter. Entities created with this application is incredibly high energy giving them the capability to burn on touch or even ignite objects and beings within close proximity (ignition at A-rank and above must be within 2 meters of the entity). The user is immune to their own energy's burning effects. Like the previous application, familiars created with this dantian alone are non-sentient. Entities cannot be created within 5 meters of adversaries unless close range is already established between the user and opponent(s).

Upper Dantian: This application sees the creation of spiritual entities from Wuji. This application allows the user to create a seperate sentience within themselves, or others. This spiritual creation may appear however the user deems fit as it is only a mental representation of the consciousness. Unless created within the consciousness of another, these spiritual beings are only concievable, and communicable to the Hayabusa who created it. Unlike the previous two applications, the user may create this spiritual sentience within another as long as they are within appropriate range. However, their only function is to prevent opponents from using mental/spiritual techniques of certain levels (B-rank prevents enemies from using S-rank and above spiritual/mental techniques. Every rank above that decreases the enemy's use by 1-rank). If created inside the user, the entity acts as a partner capable of using upper dantian techniques without the need for the user's input and is unaffected by spiritual/mental techniques directed at the user. Likewise it can block spiritual techniques on the user's behalf as well (A-rank and below starting at B-rank creations and increasing by 1 rank for every rank above B). This application requires one to be chunin rank and is B-rank at minimum. B and A-rank uses require the user to be within mid-range to use against targets. S-rank requires short range and Forbidden rank requires direct physical contact.

Multi-Dantian: This sees the application of more than one of the dantian being used in one specific use. There are only 3 combinations that may arise from this; lower+upper, middle+upper, and all three combined. The former two applications are a minimum of A-rank. Creating an entity with all 3 dantian is S-rank at minimum and acts as an entirely independent existence.

Note: Genin may use this technique up to C-rank every two turns. Chunin may use this every other turn up to B-rank. Jounin may use this technique up to S-rank (A-rank for upper dantian), however S-rank usage requires a one turn cool down before re-use. Jounin are also capable of using Multi-Dantian.

The solid chakra dragon grew in size eventually becoming similar size to Manda or Aoda with its tail from her wrist providing a foothold for them both and with one step forward, she thrust her hand outwards directed as a spear as the dragons upper body and head grew, expanding and enlarging its size, aimed directly at the opponents. It had a slight green tinge through its body as it would aim to crash directly between the two opponents and catch them in the shockwave.

The dragon starts out as a B rank with 40 damage with each subsequent turn increasing in rank following damage scaling until it becomes S rank with 80 damage on the 3rd turn.

BATTLE CHECK

This check is actually rather simple it depends entirely on whether or not ReXii is able to break the Genjutsu through the Power of the Sun. The jutsu as both have quoted requires one to utulize Yang Chakra to reinforce their body, in order for this to happen they have to flood their body with Yang Chakra, which is indeed a chakra surge. It's the same reason you can use the S Rank Earth Armor as a chakra surge, its an armor but because you need to flood your body with Doton chakra to achieve it you can disrupt Genjutsu with it. Considering Power of the Sun is 100 chakra, it should be more than enough to break the Genjutsu utulized.

Hei would say "Yomotsu Hirasaka Formation B". Then, as the dragon began to advanced forward, and Noctis would throw his kunai and make a handseal. Hei and Hotsuma would dash forward with their enhanced speed into a portal that opens up in front of them. As they enter from one end, they would simultaneously be exiting out of the other end of the portal, located 5ft behind the opponents. As Hotsuma leaped forward into the portal, he would swipe his hand so as he simultaneously exits from the other end, he would be releasing a powerful, insanely fast and virtually unavoidable blade of wind aimed at Noctis. This would happen as Noctis would be releasing his attack forward. Hei, as he leaped through the portal, would continue his forward momentum and speed to do a lateral kick aiming at the back of Nana's head that will send her flying away. This would all happen within the same time frame and once Hei and Hotsuma completely exit the portal. It will close behind them as to not let anything else through.

If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

I was asked to check this. Also, considering this is the third check this one will determine the winner of the fight.

So Zee's first issue is that Serpent spawns a portal too close to her. First things first, Serpent is in the right with how he uses his technique. Zee says that the portal needs to be at least five meters away from her, but this is not the case for this particular jutsu. Normally the five meter clause is a precedent that customs follow both directly and indirectly. That, however, is not mainly why I am siding with Serpent. This canon technique that he is using is one that has been shown to have the ability to create rifts in space directly behind opponents. Remember that this is the same technique that Kaguya was shown using. Also, let's look at this line in the jutsu: "These portals can be used to transport only sections of the user by partially entering them, and they can utilize this method to drag their opponents to another location. " In order for someone to use this jutsu to drag someone inside the user would have to be pretty close to the target which also aligns with what I said previously.

Regarding the second issue, Zee believes that Serpent and his partner would fall into the swamp upon emerging from their portal. I am inclined to agree with Serpent on this one. I believe there would be enough room for Serpent and his partner to land on. For one Zee states in her Conflict post: "I use the example of manda to show just how long it can actually grow, it doesnt mean it was neccesarily that thick." This statement is false because in Zee's post she states: "The solid chakra dragon grew in size eventually becoming similar size to Manda or Aoda " No where in Zee's post does she mention that the dragon is only as long as Manda. She states that the dragon is similar in size to Manda, and also again states that the dragons enlarges its size. It's fair for Serpent and his partner to assume that the dragon is actually as large as Manda. Zee also states in her Conflict post: "I desceibed it as a foothold for both enough, and that was it." However, in her post she states " The solid chakra dragon grew in size eventually becoming similar size to Manda or Aoda with its tail from her wrist providing a foothold for them both and with one step forward, " I feel that Zee is trying to say in her conflict post that there would only be enough room for the two of them, but there is not enough information to jump to that conclusion. Zee she simply states she has created a foothold for her and her partner to stand on, and does not mention that there would be enough space just for them. So it is fair for Serpent and his teammate to assume there is enough space to land on.

Overall, despite the few posts in this fight I still need to determine a winner. The fight starts with Serpent's team using a genjutsu and Swamp of the Underworld. This genjutsu is one that will later go on to successfully re-summon Ma and Pa since I do not see anyone disputing that. Next, Zee's team breaks the genjutsu and releases the dragon. This is followed up with Serpent's team using the portal to evade and attack at the same time. All things considered, I feel that Serpent's team was a bit more offensive in this fight, so I declare them the winner.
