No, I don't think so. Remember the person receiving the eyes has to have strong blood ties to the other (a brother, sister, immediate relative), not just from the same clan. Just like when Madara took Kakashi's eye, it didn't combine with his own MS despite having Juubi Jin healing to accelerate the awakening of a potential EMS.

Madara's example seems to different as he didnt transplanted both eyes, it has to be full set to awaken new power.

I dont think manga outright stated EMS is only for your close relatives, they all share same KKG after all.

Are you trying to ask whether, if taking Itachi's eyes, he would get EMS with Itachi's powers and his own?

If so, no.

Many people tried to obtain EMS by taking eyes from random Uchiha but it didn't work... they have to be really close (brother, father etc). If he did achieve EMS, then of course he would have Double Kamui and probably Susano'o... if he was talented enough.

Afterall, obito had a collection of sharingan that he himself could have progressed to ms(to then gain ems) but never did. And Madara having a spare didn't progress his either. Despite having senju/uchiha combo and being hooked to gedo.

Uchiha are all related, they share same KKG. Others that have failed didnt even have MS to trade let alone get EMS. Partial non full set swap is also useless, even more so with regular t3 spares cuz eyes evolve in pairs.
