You've got two things wrong U_U

1. Madara doesn't have Amaterasu but he uses the Susanoo.

2. Sasuke doesn't have Tsukuyomi.

And above two things make your entire post wrong U_U

1: We haven't seen Madara use Tsukyomi but we know he has it because of his plan.

2: Sasuke has used Tsukuyomi before, albiet not as good as Itachi.
