If he uses Kamui from the start he can beat Hashirama. If and Hashirama gets the chance to make Mokuton Clones then Obito loses.

Obito has the potential to clear it. His Kamui has not shown to exhaust him one bit ( THOUGH HE DOES HAVE HASHIRAMA DNA ) so it's debatable whether he can spam Kakashi's or not.

At any rate, he stops at 11 or 12 / clears it, depending on whether we accept the above theory or not.
