Sorry fellas, learn English. Excerpts and compilation mean it will be a bunch of stuff from previous chapters. And it's a volume.....meaning a bunch of chapters....it's a book out for sale, not a new manga chapter.As someone earlier mentioned. So cool it.

The word they're using is "volume" which tells me they're talking about a book. They use the word "chapter" when they're talking about the weekly serial.
