Double EMS ??

Quick Questions: What would happen if a EMS user implanted another pair of EMS eyes? I get that Madara and Sauke are the only possible two but they aren't close enough related. I just wonder if there were two that meet all the qualifications for the implant to work, then how would that work out. What new power would that bring if any? Would Sasuke be an idiot to try it anyway?

Itachi clearly said kinsmen can transplant eyes but being a close relative just makes it ore likely to be compatible.
