There's six path chakra and six path senjustu, that's what Hagromoo's abilities are broken up into.

The Six Paths chakra is essentially the same power as Six Paths Senjutsu chakra but the abilities are supercharged. After Obito lost the Juubi, he lost the Six Paths Senjutsu but still had Six Paths chakra, which he transferred to Kakashi due to which Kakashi was able to create PS.

Exactly! Sasuke's Six Paths Yin chakra = Naruto's Six Paths Yang Senjutsu chakra (in terms of powers). And Six Paths Senjutsu supercharges Naruto's abilities so that's his power as well as source of power whereas Sasuke uses dojutsu as his power while his source of power is Six Paths Yin chakra.

No, Nagato does not have Six Paths chakra. He has his own Uzumaki chakra. Nagato had an implanted Rinnegan which only grants powers, not chakra, much like implanted Sharingan. Kid Kakashi didn't get Kid Obito's chakra along with the Sharingan, he had to use his own chakra for Sharingan's powers. Same is the case with Nagato.

Similarly, Obito did not get Six Paths chakra with Rinnegan. He got Six Paths chakra and Six Paths Senjutsu from the Juubi, but after Juubi got extracted, he lost the active Six Paths Senjutsu, but had a small amount of Six Paths chakra left.

You can't use six path powers without six path chakra, chakra is power.
When madara implanted hashirama's tissue, he gained hashirama's tissue.
When kakashi implanted obito's eye, he gained uchiha chakra in the left eye.
Even Danzo had Shishiu's chakra in his eye too:

So he gained Uchiha chakra on his right eye and arms.

Obito been had six path chakra ever since he was with Madara in the cave. Nagato too had six path chakra ever since he got the rinnegan. If they never had six path chakra, they would never be able to use six path techniques or use the gedo mazou without it. When you implant power into somebody, they receive that chakra. Like Danzo, had uchiha chakra in his right eye and arms.
Hashirama's tissue was implanted in danzo, madara, and obito's body so they have senju chakra in that portion of the body.

That's under the senjustu power because Madara says that he was able to use sennin mode after he absorbed madara's chakra.
So he was using a little bit of senjustu chakra.
When Obito gave Kakashi chakra, it was six path chakra that was handed to him because the senjusu increased Obito's six path chakra by alot.
Juubi's chakra can't be measured because it is purely natural energy
