The formation will be the same, as it was when Pain fought Naruto, with the only difference being, that Deva will be infront, since he is healthy. The most important thing about the formation is keeping Naraka Path alive, since he is vital for this fight.
CQC
Going into close quarters combat is nothing, but self - destruction for Sasuke. While Sasuke has shown impressive speed, and reaction feats, the 6 paths should not be underrated, as they have shown great reaction, and speed feats too, when they were able to counter

Countering Normal 3T Techniques
These are jutsus, which will most likely not be used by Sasuke, who after achieving the MS, tended to overuse Susanoo, and Amaterasu, but for the sake of not leaving any possibilities out, i will mention them.
Great FireBall Jutsu: Absorbed by Preta Path, or easily dodged by any of the paths. If the Giant Crab has been summoned

Amaterasu has a rather small range, meaning that Sasuke will have to get close to Pain. To keep Sasuke out of the range of Amaterasu, Summons can be sacrificed, Asura can attack with rockets, or Deva can simply blow away Sasuke with Shinra Tensei. Although only Deva, and Preta can defend themselves from Amaterasu, the other paths can survive too. Preta Path, can absorb the flames from the damaged path, and Naraka can fix them with King Of Hell. King Of Hell is able to heal the paths in just a few seconds, as seen when Jiraya

, so getting Sasuke from the feet won't be a problem. However, some might argue that Susanoo must be first restrained. Well this also isn't a problem, because the Chameleon can use its long tongue to catch Sasuke's Susanoo. After being pulled out Sasuke gets either stabbed to death, or caught by Preta Path and drained out of chakra. As we can see Pain can defeat Susanoo, but how will he defend himself from it? Defending will only be needed, if Sasuke goes in Susanoo right off the bat, and doesn't allow for Pain to make their plan. Consequently either Preta absorbs the upcoming attack, or Deva blows it away. The Panda can also be used to stop the arrow in its tracks.
Genjutsu
Genjutsu manipulates the victims brain to create illusions. However, Pain are dead bodies, and hold no thoughts, so genjutsu won't affect them. It is as simple as that.

Overview of The Battle
There are two ways for this fight to go. The more unlikely way, is for Sasuke to try kill Pain in CQC combat, where he will be killed by being overwhelmed, or by dangerous attacks like Bansho Tennin, Soul Removal, Shinra Tensei etc.
The other scenario is for Sasuke to fight in Susanoo, which as explained above can be countered. Pain wins in every scenario possible, as he completely dominates in this battle.
