Hey there 
Im glad to pickup your training so lets get through the formalities before we can begin.
For our training this is the template you have to follow.

The first few are fairly easy, the first is simply you performing the technique. Use a good amount of description and don't forget to use nature and shape manipulation when I mention it. The next two are simply the advantages and disadvantages that are accompanied with the technique we are learning. Whether that be trapping your opponent or losing sight of him from the scale of the technique.
While with the techniques that counter you simply have to copy/paste the a technique that you think counters the one we are learning and give a small explanation why you think so.(1-2 sentences). Also with this try to think outside the box so don't always go straight for the element that its weak to, doing so will help you understand battling more and will actually help you in fights.
As for speed of use you factor in the techniques preparation time(handseals, etc) where it actually forms(near you, near your opponent) and its travel speed to assign it as slow, medium or fast. Along with that give it a small explanation on why you assigned it so.

Thats probably due to the fact that Im his personal student and that he taught me almost all of the basic 5 Lol anyways perform the last technique you learnt with your previous teacher but utilize my template instead would you kindly?

Alright,alright. Ushiro posted 3 techniques per post so:
Perform the technique: I'd begin by gathering chakra within my abdomen and upon gathering enough chakra I'd start to mold it into doton chakra while simultaneously performing Rabbit → Boar → Rat → Horse → Tiger → Snake hand seals. As soon as I gather enough doton chakra within my abdomen I'd start to channel it all over my body but most of the chakra I'd start to channel towards the center of both my left and right palm. As soon as chakra reaches center of both my left and right palm,I finished with performing hand seals,I'd swiftly crouch down while slamming my hands on the ground and releasing previously gathered chakra as my hands touch the ground. I'd start to scatter chakra through out Dragon veins which are flowing underground and once scattering it completely I'd use nature manipulation on chakra to create actual earth and then shape manipulation to create a large abyss by raising the earth in two opposite sides and then breaking it apart in the center
Advantages:
This is a pretty nice technique that can be used up to long range which is always a good thing. This is a pretty large scaled jutsu that allows you to rise up earth and then break it apart creating an earth opening which can be used in many ways. You could raise up your opponent and then break center of this earth making them loose balance as well as fall into that opening.
Disadvantages:
Well this technique is not breaking actual earth but raising earth and then breaking it apart which can lead in you loosing a sight of your opponent especially if you are gonna make earth raise up directly in front of the opponent. Also the amount of hand seals and time that is needed for this technique to be performed is too high.
Techniques that counter this one:
One of counters for this technique is going into the air by using
(Futon: Ressenpū) - Wind Release: Violent Whirlwind
Speed of use: I'd rate it as slow speed of use. You need to perform bunch of hand seals then crouch down then release chakra into the ground.
Advantages: It is a pretty nice technique that will enable you to block your opponent's vision as well as slow him down for at least a little bit. It can be used in more then one way. It can be used in supplementary way to enable you to block your opponent vision and by doing so send an attack which he won't be able to see. It can be used for you to escape by sending dirt into your opponents eyes.
Disadvantages:
The biggest disadvantage to this jutsu is that it requires you to perform a single hand seal and slam your hands onto the ground to perform it.
Techniques that counter this one: You could use wind to blow away small earth participles at the person who send it towards you.
(Fūton: Gōkūhō) - Wind Release: Great Vacuum Cannon
Speed of use:
Although you need to perform a single hand seal and slam your hands onto the ground I'd rate it as fast speed of use.
Advantages:
This is a pretty nice technique which is good to be used against opponent in short range. Encasing your hand with earth will make your punches much stronger and damage you make bigger. Also it can be used to defend from many attacks by putting your arm in front,so jutsu that is coming towards you can hit earth and not your body.
Disadvantages:
Because your hand will be encased in earth,movement of your arm will be much harder as well as your whole body making your movement some what limited.
Techniques that counter this one:
If you are in situation that your opponent is rushing towards you with earth arm you could use
(Raiton: Raigeki no Yoroi) - Lightning Release: Lightning Strike Armour
ensnaring your body into lighting and if your opponent hits you,it will destroy his earthen arm as well as shock him.
Speed of use: Although it requires 2 hand seals,this jutsu is pretty fast to be performed

(Doton: Tsuchi Douyou no Hira) – Earth Release: Earth Shaking Palm
Perform the technique: As I finish with first technique I'd again start to gather chakra within my abdomen and mold it to become doton charkra while at the same time peforming Snake hand seal. As I gather enough chakra to perform this C ranked technique I'd start to channel it all over my body but most of the chakra I'd start to channel towards center of both my left and right palm. As soon as chakra center of both my left and right palm I'd swiftly crouch down while slamming my hands onto the ground and channeling previously gathered chakra into the ground itself. As I send chakra into the ground I'd start to mold it with earth itself while using nature and shape manipulation,breaking earth a little bit and releasing small bits of rocks,dirt and dust to create a smoke screen which will enable my opponent to see.Advantages: It is a pretty nice technique that will enable you to block your opponent's vision as well as slow him down for at least a little bit. (Doton: Kengan no Jutsu) - Earth Release: Fist Rock Technique
Perform the technique: I'd again start to gather Doton chakra within my abdomen while performing Snake hand seals which is followed by the seal of confrontation performed with my left hand. As soon as I gather enough chakra I'd start to channel it all over my body but most of the chakra I'd channel towards my right hand. As soon as chakra reaches my right hand,I'd perform seal of confrontation with my left hand and use nature manipulation as well as shape manipulaiton on chakra which is focused in my right hand encasing my hand as well as forearm into the earth and making a extended move with my right arm as if I was punching air.Advantages:

I'd start by gathering chakra within my abdomen and molding it to become doton chakra while at the same time starting to perform required hand seals,Ram → Dog → Rat → Bird. As I gather enough chakra within my abdomen for this jutsu to be performed,I would start to channel it all over my body but most of the chakra I'd focus in the center of both my left and right foot. As chakra reaches center of my left and right foot,I'd channel it further into the ground below few meters in front of me. As I distributed chakra where I wanted into the ground,I finished with performing hand seals which helped me while using nature manipulation as well as shape manipulation on chakra,creating a tunal in front of my self which opening is right in front of me.
Advantages:
The jutsu itself is good for transporting and mainly used for that. Also it can be used in combination with simpliest of smoke bombs by first throwing the smoke bomb and then creating a tunel and in that way hiding the big size of opening which is made while this jutsu is being performed. Also if you are close to your opponent you could use this jutsu to create opening directly beneath him and catch him out of guard.
Disadvantages:
The biggest disadvantage when it comes to this jutsu is that it needs time to be performed. Also there are not many battle uses for it but then again can be used in some situations. It's a pretty simple jutsu.
Techniques that counter this one: Not sure if it is needed here because user of technique is creating a tunnel in front of himself but you could fill the tunnel with mud once user jumps in it.

The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
Speed of use: I'll rate this as medium speed for performing because of 4 hand seals that are needed for the technique to be performed.

As soon as chakra reaches center of both my left and right foot I'd channel it further into the ground,directly beneath your clone. As chakra is focused directly beneath your clone I'd perform a single hand seal,Snake,which will help me while using nature manipulation on chakra to create mud by mixing my chakra and earth and shape manipulation to create a spike which I direct towards your clone from the ground.
Advantages:
In my opinion this jutsu has more disadvantages then advantages to it but it can be used in some situations. You are pretty much creating a mud spike with which you can aim your opponent.
Disadvantages:
Alright for this jutsu to be performed you will firstly have to have B ranked earth technique performed which is Earth Release: Earth Flow Wave. Also you can only aim at your opponent if he or she is in short range from you,making it pretty limited. Spike which is created is pretty easy to be defended from unless it is used pretty close to you making it not so usable unless you find yourself in a specific situation.

Well,earth release is one of basic five nature transformations that exist in NW and also the most versatile one. Earth release techniques are performed by either using preexisting earth or by creating earth yourself. Usually for performance of earth release techniques user must be in contact with earth. Chakra which is used for performance of techniques can change strength as well as composition of earth. It can make it soft as clay or hard as metal. One more characteristic of earth release is ability to change density of earth,making it heavier or lighter. Because of so many different ways to change earth makes this element most versatile out of all. One of things that is characteristic for earth technique is slamming hands onto the ground which can indicate that person is performing earth release technique as well as Snake hand seal.

Famous Lava release user is Mei.
Except Kekkei Genkais,there is one Kekkei Tota of Earth release which is known as Dust release. This Kekkei Tota is combination of Earth release,Wind release and Fire release. User of this KKT are Mu and Onoki.

*Pretends I know Earth release : Earth Flow as it is needed for performance of this one but it is of higher rank and I still didn't learn it*
I'd perform 3 hand seals channeling chakra into earth beneath your clone. Manipulating chakra I'd make earth wrap around his legs,getting hold of his lower body as well as making him move a little bit forward,slightly tripping off as it is still a wave that is created.
