kool well here it is! 
Earth is one of the basic 5 elements of the nature. The ninjutsu involving Earth is called as "Doton," "Earth Release" or "Earth style" . The doton element is common among the shinobis of Iwagakure. doton techniques have the ability to change the strength and composition of the earth from being as hard as metal to as soft as clay, as well as manipulating their density, making them heavier or lighter.This allows the user to travel through ground and rock in various ways which can be essential for both transportation and for setting up attacks or creating defenses or offence. This makes earth techniques one of the most versatile of the elemental techniques. Pre-existing earth is not necessary though, for the user can create it with their own chakra.
Doton is strong against suiton because earth can stop the flow of water and can easily absorb it. eg. A large wave of water can be easily stopped by a Earth style wall.
Doton is weak against Raiton because the earth is a very good conductor of electricity and so raiton attacks will be super effective against doton.

Well basically earth is 1 of my top 3 favorite elements and also it is often considered the element of sturdiness and durability. Unlike other elements which come and go with time, it is an ever eternal presence in the environment which endures all types of weather regardless of how harsh conditions become. Along with Suiton, its versatility stems from the state of matter it naturally occurs in. Due to having physical substance, Doton can be shaped into various structures from defensive walls to jagged spikes, from an earth dragon to a single pillar of earth. Well umm that was pretty much of what i knew about it's versatility hehe :/

Alright here grab this. It's a chakra card, now I want you to focus your chakra into the card and focus your doton chakra into the card. It should crumble into dust if you do it correctly. lets see.

As i recieve the chakra card from better sensei, i then close my eyes and concentrate/focus my chakra into the card, following alongside with my doton chakra which i also focus into the card... the card then crumble into dust.

Alright now take that feeling of doton and focus it into the ground infront of you. Manipulate that chakra and have a simple pillar to rise up in front of you. If you do this correctly I want you to catch the pillar.

As i close my eyes to meditate and focus on the earth that lies bellow me. i then focus my doton chakra into the ground infront of me. while manipulating my chakra, i create a pillar that rise in front of me. i then quickly grab hold of the pillar just as what my sensei instructed me to do.

Ok while standing i spread my feet apart and i put my hands together and i focus on the small pillar that i created, sending more doton chakra into it just enough for me to manipulate it i then change the pillar into the shape of a spear. "awesome! how was that better sensei?"

well i can use it to protect my self from a water release technique depending on the rank if it's higher than D rank then it probably won't hold up long. i can use this jutsu to get on higher grounds by making pillars. if i run out of kunais or shurikens i can always make a weapon in the shape of a dagger or sphere out of doton. hmmm basically that's all i can think of.
Well Rez can you tell me what the elemental strengths and weaknesses are? Like which elements are stronger and weaker to each other? also tell me what do you think will happen when two elements of the same strength hit each other? Give me some examples

earth element is weak against lightning element because it can easily travel through it and break the ground apart and earth is strong against water because earth naturally contains water and can easily absorb it. when two elements of the same strength hit each other, i think neither of the user who did their technique will be affected by the other ... like for example let's say madara's fire release: gouka mekkyaku against a water release: Water Encampment Pillar then when these two attack collide nothing will happen it will probably just dissolve and create steam.

After receiving my instruction from sensei i then focus my doton chakra into my right arm and then release it to the earth hence, creating a ring of rocks. I then shoot the rocks towards better sensei's clones that he created.

My training method is straitforward: I just want you to perform each jutsu i post as you would in an actual battle but with as much detail as possible from the jutsu's inner workings like nature transformation and shape manipulation to its effect on the target. Also your targets are usually Pein and his summons. Feel free to ask if you ever have a question for me.
For thus jutsu perform the Rat handseal and manipulate the earth to make several rock sections rise out of the ground surrounding your target. Then control them to form two larger sections you make come together and crush whatever is between them. Flatten that guy.
