Explosion would overwhelm Kisame. I understand that Samehada should be able to absorb their chakra, but he can't possibly hit them all. I would say that Deidara blitz with c4 and c3, but Kisame has high durability. C1 or C0 take the win.

Hebi Sasuke didnt have problem dodging explosion so kisame can do the same. C0 is restricted and C1 is fodder jutsu.

C3 evaportes Water Dome and kills Kisame. If Gengetsu brings out Clam, Mountain Sandwich turns it to paste and he's left with no where to hide. Deidara then drops C4 and ends him.
