Okey, ... Well well, follow me and sit down by my Side on this Huge Rock. -As we approaches the rock.- Sit down, cross legs, close eyes. Try make your Chakra flow with the Rock, feel it's texture, be one with it. Try to think how Earth is important for the Nature, for us Shinobis, what it's weakness' is, what it's strong against and how it's usefull in battle.

*Sits down beside you and the rock. Starts to meditate, closes eyes to channel my chakra flow around my body.

- What is Earth?: Hmm, its pretty much anything that's a part of land i.e. dirt/soil, rock, mud, etc.

- Why is it important for nature?: Well soil, for example, is a natural body consisting of layers minerals, broken rock, any many other things in differing compositions, densities and characteristics. It is important for life e.g. plants and a crap load of organisms, and I guess it also forms the foundation for us to stand on so yeah.

- Why is it important for shinobis?: Well, Earth Release, allows users to manipulate anything that's a part of land (like I said before, dirt/soil, mud, rock, etc) for pretty much defensive and offensive purposes. Which is why Earth Release is soo versatile IMO as most battles are fought on land. It is useful to manipulate the landscape of the battlefield to your advantage, change the composition/density of earth, to use various techniques (walls, domes, etc.) for defensive purposes as well as other techniques for offensive purposes (spikes, boulders, crevices, etc.).

- Weak and Strong Against: Earth is strong against Water, while weak against Lightning.

Good explanation, however let's see if you're ready. Put your palm onto the rock, then channel your newly found Do Chakra throughout your palm where you begin to manipulate the rock into a, a Teletubby. Try it out.

*I first put my palm onto the rock, then start to concentrate Doton chakra into my palm..slowly at first but I gradually increase the amount of chakra. As soon as it feels right I channel my chakra through the rock and use it to manipulate the shape of the rock. My chakra spreads throughout the rock and slowly the rocks starts to change shape.

-Cheers.- Well done. -Takes the Teletubby into my backpack.- Okey now try to shape these two Rocks -Points at some medium-sized rocks.- into weapons usefull in combat, like a shield and a Spear or something like that.

*I walk over to the rocks and again I put my palm on it, concentrating my Doton chakra into my hands. Then when it feels right, I channel my chakra through the rock and start to manipulate its shape. It slowly changes shape and as my chakra is spread throughout the rock, it turns into a spear..pointed at each end.

Uhm... Let's check the steadyness in that spear shall we? -Creates a Wooden Board Between my hands.- Pierce your Spear through it, without hitting me. >_>

*I clutch the spear and throw it at the wooden board.

(Doton No Jutsu) - Earth Style Technique

For the next, it's abit more harder than what you have done so far, however start releasing your Do Chakra into the ground beneath. Try to emerge with the ground making you able to travel through it whereafter you travel to the position underneath my Clone. -Creates a Clone.- Where you simply by using your arm pulls him into the ground so hes covered till the neck and down. Try it out. =O

*I concentrate Doton chakra all around my body then place my hands onto the ground channeling the chakra into the ground beneath me. I then start to merge into the ground whereafter I travel through the ground and emerge from the ground below the clone. I then quickly pull its legs down into the ground so that only its head is above the ground.

Umm Gobi..just a quick question, do I have to place my hand onto the ground? Or can I just stand and then suddenly "sink" into the ground then completely merge with the ground.

(Doton: Shinju Zanshu no Jutsu) - Earth Style: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique

Yeah, uhm. You do not need to touch the ground with your palm to sink it into the ground, it haven't been seen how Deidara did it, so take it as a no.


For your next Jutsu: It's kinda the same concept as your First Doton Jutsu. -Hands over a Medium-sized Rock.- Simply by releasing your Do Chakra into the Rock, manipulate it and make it turn into a Rock Staff.

*I pick up a chunck of rock then concentrate Doton chakra into the rock, channeling my chakra through the rock and starts to manipulate its shape. It slowly changes shape and as my chakra is spread throughout the rock, it turns into a staff..pointed at one end.

(Doton: Gansetsukon) - Earth Release: Rock Staff

For the next gather Do Chakra within yourself, whereafter you release it into the ground, causing two Sections of Rock to rise up around the Opponent, and smash him. -Creates A clone.-

*I concentrate Doton chakra throughout my body then release the chakra through the ground allowing me to manipulate the earth around the clone. I use this chakra to cause two sections of rock to rise up out of the ground around the clone and quickly smash him.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to control multiple sections of rock and move them around their opponent. The user then forms two gigantic sections that crush the opponent.

For the next start gathering your Do Chakra whereafter you release it into the lower section of your body, and then out into the ground underneath you, then cause the hard ground to form into small Sand corns via your Do Chakra. And by that making you able to travel from A to B, A is here and B is over there. -Points at a Tree.- But also as you travel through the ground, keep releasing Do Chakra to the Surface of the ground, making you able to sense whatever is touching the Ground that have Chakra infused.
