Since there were a few roadblocks in Canon heights and how much of the Jutsu was shown. I calced what I could and used a placeholder for what it was being scaled against.
Since we didn't have any canon heights to go by, I used the average adult male height in Japan as the height for the character at the bottom of the picture
AAMH = 5 foot 7 inches
Fodder Height in pixels = 15 Pixels
Doton: Sando no Jutsu Height in Pixels (Before it gets cut off) = 316 Pixels
316/15 = 21.0666666667
21.0666666667 x 5.583 = 117.6152
The earth Sandwhich is at minimum 117 feet tall. Given how much was cut off, much more so.
