I was making a joke about our last discussion where he was saying Sasuke's Rinnegan is his right eye because it's on the right side of the page (when facing us). Despite multiple characters saying left. He either doesn't know how perspective works or is trolling (very likely the latter).

From knowing OP, it is safe to conclude that the highest scaling for the Kangaroo is non-gated Lee.

That matters because the abilities of Dosu benefit from close quarters combat, such that one would have to blitz him to get past his powers directly. So since Dosu has bested a serious non-gated Lee (putting aside the implications of challenging a Gaara who had just beaten a gated Lee) and the kangaroo uses physical attacks, he has a massive advantage here.

Even if the kangaroo had higher scaling, Dosu could also use his sound waves defensively, to affect the animal when it gets close to him. He thoroughly wins here.
